Cultural Singularity and Technological Singularity

Technological Singularity is the hypothetical date, 2045, when computing machines and systems are predicted to equal and then exceed that of humans. Futurists describe this as the Singularity Hypothesis. Accordingly this advanced machine skill will create super- intelligence. This noun has yet to be accurately quantified. It has been postulated that humans will no longer be able to keep up with computers. After 2045 computers will lead humans transforming the human race with superintelligence.

The hardware development of computer infrastructure is doubling almost every two years. It appears this subsystem of Singularity has a plausible trajectory of occurring. Conversely content is quite problematic. This is a software problem for developers.

In short Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC is a Cultural Singularity that is an antagonistic motion to marginalize Technological Singularity. Cambridge University was rated the Number 1 school in the world in 2010. My position that they have crafted the defection model and censorship is supported. This is one facet that defines the Cultural Singularity: A culture of incompetence and impunity that has blackmailed five United States Presidents.

Overview

Since June 17, 1987, a manifest chemical assault - scorched earth was launched against then President Ronald Reagan, the United States Constitution, and myself. LAPD LAUNCHED THE ATTACK. This agency contains a cell(s) of gay militants. At the beginning of 2000 the intent of this assault became more apparent. This is to advance a LGBTi agenda. I have alleged that Cambridge Law School of the United Kingdom is the origin and authorship of this system of torture.

A primary focus of the critique is the relationship to law or laws that the fallacies of the red herring and strawman are in relation to. These are:

The in continuo Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth against civilization and radiating out of Los Angeles Police Department through the United States has revealed interesting perspectives into the philosophy of the authorship.

The linear or objective function is the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth and is targeted against the human race and culture. It is paired by a subjective red herring or distraction that is based on romance as a parameter. This is based on same sex (homosexual) practices and lifestyles. It is communication derived and is polymorphous perversity which is the use of sexual language to attack one.

It will demonstrate a storyboarded defection model of state creation and destruction. Hence a system of informants in nodes radiating in and is developed from the Origin and established again radiating from LAPD under a Gay Militia.

Two systems are evident that are components in the superstructure that Mobilization of Empire and Civilization MOEC is. The Platonic religion and Marxist-Leninist Communism are evident as boundaries of perspectivism; hence from Plato to Marx. (There is a major anthology of political philosophy of the same name which should be consulted.)

The Origin is composed of Same Sex Males. The propagation of a LGBTi platform is at the core of all actions regardless of ideology, faith, or nation-state. The use of systematic human rights abuse is developed from the tyranny of classical Greek City States. This is the work of Trinity School. The studies of philosophy and theology are taught as a major in western academics. This is directly related to formal and informal fallacies of logic.

Another area of expertise is that of Communism. There is a notable alter ego construction of a Joe Virus, taking a large group of inferior quality persons and dragging down an exceptional individual and a government of the proletariat which is the correct model for Socialism and Communism. This is facilitated by the recruiting and establishing of a Gay Militia in Los Angeles Police Department. Here even these persons are same sex they will fail in areas of rational decision making and management which has been at core of political economy or capitalism since the late 1700s.

The attack is developed through class stratification, determinism, and theories of criminalization. Defection solidifies the abstract model of government of the proletariat versus a Joe Virus embedded in American Democracy. Chaos and anarchy are introduced through provocateurs who will operate through impunity and obstruction of justice through the courts.

Relative morality, anarchy, and individualism that are components of Historical Dialectical Materialism that predict the failure of capitalism and anarchy.

A major trait is the use of a competition between the hedonistic calculus of John Stuart Mills and the philosophy of Dialectical Materialism as delineated by Marxist - Lenism. The text On Freedom and Liberty is the refutation of the Communist Manifesto of Marx. We again witness individualism and relative morality being pitted against the absolute morality of universal socialism and scientific worker rule. This is deliberately inculcated in a continuum of Male Same Sex Males from Cambridge Law School to LAPD. Hence an antagonistic movement of a Gay Militia in law enforcement or homeland security officers is scripted into a historical defeat of the emergent LGBTi rights movement to a victory in form of socialist workers who are lesser evils in the future.

As the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth expands the operation unfolds to blackmail and extort the American President.

The antagonism against the United States appears to have been rooted in state planners in England who had some degree of culpability in the War of 1812 which England lost. The Third Reich in Germany began to be developed under the Bismarck circa the Victorian Age around 1860 or slightly later. The allegation is that chemical weapons and experimentation leading up to mustard gas began near this era. It appears that English planners were aware of German military superiority and MOEC is a reactionary response to the Third Reich. In spite of American and Canadian intervention which no doubt saved Britain, clandestine Targeted Chemical Assaults in England and elsewhere ensued with a trajectory towards the United States. This would benefit LGBTi and socialist interests after the attack was exposed as an externality.

Hence a Gay on Gay crime occurs with a foil of a heterosexual victim (my person) of whose natural and person and citizenship the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth is imposed over creating a negative externality for the LGBTi movement in America and American Democracy.

Point of Departure

The Social Contract Theory of John Locke and Jean Jacque Rousseau is the correct form of modern government. Hence positive rights, duties, and punishment are written out in a compact or constitution with the citizens the government is duty bound to protect.

Here the Gay Militia will not address legal rights of the United States at the federal or state level. They are preoccupied with stating participation in same sex activity or marrying someone who is to obtain defection. The remuneration of a payoff, a quid pro quo is the basis for retaliation and the Targeted Chemical Assaults and full blown Scorched Earth. This will result in either same sex of bisexual open marriage.

This Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth along with the Gay Militia is historically and negatively paired with the so-called legitimate LGBTi Advocacy groups. At this time January 2011, there are an estimated 600,000 living HIV/AIDS individuals out of an estimated caseload of 1.3 million persons in the United States. These persons of which 40 percent are estimated to be same sex males, 240,000 living and 520,000 of the total clearly damage the credibility of the current emergence of the LGBTi paradigm and it’s leadership.

I am prioritizing LAMBDA since they are primarily are sworn lawyers dealing with legal issues as well as HIV/AIDS advocacy. I am the main victim but I will advocate HIV/AIDS patients as they are the next largest observable group with criminal and civil claims. I also present my person as the most stalked person in world history. The entire Salton Sea adjacent to me (1-14-2010) is a Scorched Earth.

This activity also alienates me from my Right to Marry. So within these parameters I am presenting the Gay Militia of LAPD as having blackmailed and extorted five presidents:

If I am not free within the Bill of Rights the HIV/AIDS population and the 310 million persons in the United States are also a negative externality, a historical, and legal liability for LAPD and other sworn officials.

Conclusion

The small works that have been presented on www.powereality.net and other domains other powereality, federal court cases, international complaints, and direct letters to sworn officials form an aperture to refute the LGBTi and Presidential History. The fields of Administration of Justice and the social sciences are adversely affected. Here according to the methodologies of Kuhn and Popper a falsification of performance of legal norms, secondary law versus primary rights will begin. The issue of a model will be the focus under the theory of laws. I am stressing positive law as de facto and omission of sworn duties is provable and mutilated or straw histories falsifiable.

The trajectory of per se the LGBTi agenda as a model is only a pre - paradigm under norms of Kuhn’s working science. Prima facie. There is empirical evidence of malicious damage to the human race and the United States of which sworn officials and leaders can be held accountable to regardless of gender orientation.

Challenges Within a Paradigm Shift: The Implementation of MOEC - Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth

The instant plans were developed to pair chemical tagging to objects, a paradigm was developed. If this model was implemented a paradigm shift occurred. Integral to this paradigm and it's shift is the naming of such Mobilization of Empire and Civilization (MOEC).

Manifest Function - The part of an event that is empirically verifiable to an objective observer and confirmed by third parties.

Latent Function - The part of an event that becomes observable at a later date to be confirmed in regard to an early manifest function.

Many diseases develop in latency. Hence there is a difference from being HIV positive and having the disease of AIDS. AIDS is a latent function of the HIV virus.

It is clear that Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth is a manifest function to Homeland Security and the president of the United States. The same can be said of the American Medical Association (AMA), American Psychological Association (APA), and American Bar Association (ABA). Since Los Angeles Police Department is located in California and most of this event has been localized within this state, the University of California is adversely affected and degraded also.

In degree, the certification of law or peace officers in California is called POST certification. It too is severely damaged.

The labeling and use of the acronym MOEC is latent function to a censored world of this Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. It is accurate and I am developing this area as being cognizant of it's existence by the Origin itself.

I believe I am more adequately prepared to challenge academia and their certification then any other area. I am involved in spirituality and interfaith dialog but am far from a practicing priest. I am fluent in the basic concepts of the Vedas and the Christian Bible.

The University of California has a mission of being dedicated to the research and pedagogy of innovative and leading technologies and events of human culture. This systematic crime has both elements. UC also has a vested interest in the history of California. At this point is clear that they are in a posture of censorship and sanitization that endangered human civilization and life itself.

A clear line to remedy this criminality is to directly attack Los Angeles Police Department, University of California, to the prosecution of Cambridge University and Law School itself.

Definition of Homosexuality

Below is the entry of homosexuality from the wikipedia. I will use homosexuality in this sense.

Definition of Heterosexual

Identity - Does one consider oneself to be a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, or Intrasex individual? This can exist as psychical content without any manifest homosexual (same - sex) behavior transactions.

Behavior - Here any same sex behavior transaction in a six month time span will define behavior as homosexual or bisexual in contrast to opposite - sex transactions which are heterosexual.

The Lutheran Church has also accepted blessing rights for same-sex marriage.

Currently I am working intently for criminal prosecution of the RICO structure involved in this event. This presentation will also demonstrate the DAMAGE done to LGBTi history.

I have a 14 year written record to sworn officials regarding my support for heterosexual marriage. I supported the ban on Gay Marriage in Florida, Arizona, and California in the 2008 election. In California this was known as Proposition 8 and is now under review. Proposition 1 is now on the Maine 2009 ballot. A yes vote will rescind legislation that legalizes same-sex marriage and is to go into effect January 1, 2010.

In informal logic a Red Herring - Straw Man are related informal fallacies used to describe a concept of ad hominem and invalid argumentation. Attacks against the person as being a communist or a homosexual are classic examples of a Red Herring. A simple deflection or a distraction from the original argument is also possible. Straw Man arguments are made against an imaginary position which is NOT held by the person one is attacking. Here LAPD simply will isolate and invent positions consisting of veneers, irrational conclusionary statements, and then falsely attribute such to me. In isolation I cannot confront these false cases.

These arguments will simply fall apart from lack of substance under an adversial process.

The reason to write a paper simply on this subject is existential and real. Twenty years of totalitarian isolation, censorship, and sanitization leave no other choice but to refute those structures and processes that attack, defame, are illegal and used to facilitate a systematic act of torture..

I know my own life better than anyone else. It is easy to refute these allegation of being Gay or Bisexual.

You or myself have never had our full constitutional rights upheld since June 17, 1987. LAPD has attempted to substitute their militia agenda for the law. I would of had to be LGBTi or marry a suitable bisexual spouse in order for the chemical scorched earth attack not to occur. LAPD was more favored to west coast female bisexuals whom they would ask to refer themselves as lesbians although in practice they had male partners. On the east coast they would ask females to state that they were bisexual. This resulted in the few persons that I did meet to state that they were bisexual. I never had any MSM or male same sex acts in my entire life.

In the early 1980s I lived in San Diego, California.

LAPD sent to my apartment on Adams Avenue a Christian couple from Spring Valley - Lemon Grove. Other persons were mostly college students who I believe were LGBTi individuals. The Christians are individuals that have spearheaded Proposition 8. I have emerged in this trajectory.

TRANSLATION

Due to the evil deeds of the destroyers of family tradition, all kinds of community projects and family welfare activities are devastated.

PURPORT

The four orders of human society, combined with family welfare activities as they are set forth by the institution of the sanatana-dharma or varnasrama-dharma, are designed to enable the human being to attain his ultimate salvation. Therefore, the breaking of the sanatana-dharma tradition by irresponsible leaders of society brings about chaos in that society, and consequently people forget the aim of life—Visnu. Such leaders are called blind, and persons who follow such leaders are sure to be led into chaos.

The polarization of this conflict will lead to a discussion of the genetic and learned traits of abnormality in regards to antisocial personality, sociopathy, and psychopathy. In degree the focus will have a point of departure of heterosexuality and homosexuality. Why do persons defect rather than co-operate? Why do persons organize extra-legal and malicious activities outside any normative convention of civilization? Why does an informant based culture emerge? Why is extra-legal justice equivalent to a purge informant against informant?

How do these persons end up in law enforcement?

Sociopathy

Sociopathy is chiefly characterized by something wrong with the person's conscience. They either don't have one, it's full of holes like Swiss cheese, or they are somehow able to completely neutralize or negate any sense of conscience or future time perspective. Sociopaths only care about fulfilling their own needs and desires - selfishness and egocentricity to the extreme. Everything and everybody else is mentally twisted around in their minds as objects to be used in fulfilling their own needs and desires. They often believe they are doing something good for society, or at least nothing that bad. The term "sociopath" is frequently used by psychologists and sociologists alike in referring to persons whose unsocialized character is due primarily to parental failures (usually fatherlessness) rather than an inherent feature of temperament. Lykken (1995), for example, clearly distinguishes between the sociopath (who is socialized into becoming a psychopath) and a "true" psychopath (who is born that way). However, this may only describe the "common sociopath", as there are at least four (4) different subtypes -- common, alienated, aggressive, and dyssocial. Commons are characterized mostly by their lack of conscience; the alienated by their inability to love or be loved; aggressives by a consistent sadistic streak; and dyssocials by an ability to abide by gang rules, as long as those rules are the wrong rules. As Stout (2005) indicates, it only takes three of the following to be defined as a sociopath, and some common sociopathic traits include:
