The University of California has a mission of being dedicated to the research and pedagogy of innovative and leading technologies and events of human culture. This systematic crime has both elements. UC also has a vested interest in the history of California. At this point is clear that they are in a posture of censorship and sanitization that endangered human civilization and life itself.

A clear line to remedy this criminality is to directly attack Los Angeles Police Department, University of California, to the prosecution of Cambridge University and Law School itself.

Definition of Homosexuality

Below is the entry of homosexuality from the wikipedia. I will use homosexuality in this sense.

Etymologically, the word homosexual is a Greek and Latin hybrid with homos (sometimes confused with an unrelated Latin word for "man", as in Homo sapiens) deriving from the Greek word for same, thus connoting sexual acts and affections between members of the same sex, including lesbianism. Gay generally refers to male homosexuality, but is sometimes used in a broader sense to refer to all LGBT people. In the context of sexuality, lesbian denotes female homosexuality.

Homosexual relationships and acts have been admired as well as condemned throughout recorded history, depending on the form they took and the culture in which they occurred. Since the end of the eighteen hundreds in the west, there has been a movement towards increased visibility, recognition, and legal rights for people engaging in certain homosexual activities, including marriage and civil unions, parenting rights, and equal access to health care.

Definition of Heterosexual

This is the wordiq definition of heterosexual. I will discuss Heterosexual in terms of this definition.

The Heterosexual Platform Versus the LGBTi Platform

I was chosen to be a pivotal figure for the LGBTI agenda. Since I am an exclusive heterosexual by identity and practice I could only be a front for this mission goal. I AM CLEARLY NOT.  I am choosing to finish out this spectacle under the shelter of my religion. I have lived with and still have LGBTi association that is casual in nature. This means I will support only heterosexual behaviors between the male and female sex.

In this discussion to features of cognition and behavior are considered:

Identity - Does one consider oneself to be a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, or Intrasex individual? This can exist as psychical content without any manifest homosexual (same - sex) behavior transactions.

Behavior - Here any same sex behavior transaction in a six month time span will define behavior as homosexual or bisexual in contrast to opposite - sex transactions which are heterosexual.

I will argue the heterosexual platform across the Theory of Laws:

• Eternal law
• Natural law
• Positive law

One will have to comprehend eternal law in many faiths to be gain a coherent unified perspective of the events that are transpiring. I have been a simple heterosexual all my life. I am ritvik Gaudiya Vaishnava follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. The consistent front person LAPD now wishes to use for LGBTi in defining my role during Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth is Hridayananda Maharaj (Howard Resnik) of ISKCON. Amara Das Wilhem of GALVA ,the Gay and Lesbian Vaishnava Association is also figured prominently in the attempt to integrate these issues into the mainstream Hare Krishna Movement.

Eugene Robinson of the Episcopalian Christian faith is the other principal.

The Lutheran Church has also accepted blessing rights for same-sex marriage.

Currently I am working intently for criminal prosecution of the RICO structure involved in this event. This presentation will also demonstrate the DAMAGE done to LGBTi history.

I have a 14 year written record to sworn officials regarding my support for heterosexual marriage. I supported the ban on Gay Marriage in Florida, Arizona, and California in the 2008 election. In California this was known as Proposition 8 and is now under review. Proposition 1 is now on the Maine 2009 ballot. A yes vote will rescind legislation that legalizes same-sex marriage and is to go into effect January 1, 2010.

In informal logic a Red Herring - Straw Man are related informal fallacies used to describe a concept of ad hominem and invalid argumentation. Attacks against the person as being a communist or a homosexual are classic examples of a Red Herring. A simple deflection or a distraction from the original argument is also possible. Straw Man arguments are made against an imaginary position which is NOT held by the person one is attacking. Here LAPD simply will isolate and invent positions consisting of veneers, irrational conclusionary statements, and then falsely attribute such to me. In isolation I cannot confront these false cases.

These arguments will simply fall apart from lack of substance under an adversial process.

The reason to write a paper simply on this subject is existential and real. Twenty years of totalitarian isolation, censorship, and sanitization leave no other choice but to refute those structures and processes that attack, defame, are illegal and used to facilitate a systematic act of torture..

LAPD will identify themselves a Gay Militia. This is important. I will not trade off any natural or civil right to any militia Gay or Straight. The environmental damage to property is GREAT. If persons are supporting this element they are also attacking the government and themselves.

Herein is a core concept. I have been alienated from my constitutional rights as the Bill of Rights. These amendments to the United States Constitution provide one with citizenship and primary rights. As the theory states and is demonstratable I do not have right to legal person then the whole body of citizens and natural person have lost their freedom under rule of law also.

I am and will exist as a cradle to grave heterosexual under this usurpation which was designed as an act of war.

I know my own life better than anyone else. It is easy to refute these allegation of being Gay or Bisexual.

You or myself have never had our full constitutional rights upheld since June 17, 1987. LAPD has attempted to substitute their militia agenda for the law. I would of had to be LGBTi or marry a suitable bisexual spouse in order for the chemical scorched earth attack not to occur.  LAPD was more favored to west coast female bisexuals whom they would ask to refer themselves as lesbians although in practice they had male partners. On the east coast they would ask females to state that they were bisexual. This resulted in the few persons that I did meet to state that they were bisexual. I never had any MSM or male same sex acts in my entire life.

In the early 1980s I lived in San Diego, California.

LAPD sent to  my apartment on Adams Avenue a Christian couple from Spring Valley - Lemon Grove. Other persons were mostly college students who I believe were LGBTi individuals. The Christians are individuals that have spearheaded Proposition 8. I have emerged in this trajectory.

Since 1986 I have been severely harassed without due process of law. Since June 17, 1987 there has been a manifest 24 hour continual bombardment of electronic surveillance and scorched earth.

This has been lead by four principals:

• Los Angeles Police Department

• Delaware State Police

• Baltimore Police Department

• The Baltimore Studio or The Studio

LAPD and the Baltimore Studio are Gay - Bisexual. Herein there are some twenty core members of LAPD and seven members of the Baltimore Studio. By measures of behaviorism I have never engaged in any same sex contact. By cognition my gender identity always has been heterosexual for all of my forty eight years of life.

Any evidence produced therefore must be fabricated or mutilated.

In this instance LAPD has invented a fictitious parallel history of events in my life. This is facilitated by the Baltimore Studio and a Synclavier sampling piano which can accurately imitate sounds as my voice. What occurs is the gay or bisexual encounters are fabricate from events that are recorded from law enforcement surveillance. The evidence will have my voice substituted for a male participating in some type of same sex encounter.

This evidence will most likely be held by the Delaware State Police, Berkeley City Police, or the San Diego Police Department. Mutilated fabrications are most likely held by LAPD. It is not historically jurisdictional for this agency to have any naturally occurring recordings of my life until after 1990 when I lived in Santa Monica.

Totalitarianism seeks to isolate the individual or the collective from the whole.

I AM OPENLY STATING FOR THE RECORD THAT MY AUTHORIZED PAPERS WILL LEAD TO AN ACCURATE PORTRAYAL OF MY LIFE. THIS WILL OCCUR THROUGH DIRECT EVIDENCE.

I will deliver a very strong conservative response against any element that wishes to be an agent in my torture, slander, and libel of person.

I have begun to use March 24, 2008 as a date of finality to discern any doubt about my support for traditional heterosexual marriage. I have maintained a ritvik Vaishnava Ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada since March of 2004. I have been a follower of Krishna since August 2, 1977. I have been a vegetarian since the same era.

I have been somewhat stricter since June 17, 1987. This is when I re-confirmed to myself that the heterosexual orientation rooted in the mode goodness was the best platform to earnestly attempt to prosecute bhakti yoga.

At par minimum, any type of historical or legal discovery and presentation that does not include a basic understanding of the Original Bhagavad-Gita As It Is (pre-1972) would be useless regarding to define who I am or was.

LAPD is attempting to promote me as nightclub goer, head banger, biker, LGBTi orientation, now MSM Male same sex Male the list is ongoing except including a conservative heterosexual spiritual orientated person.

LAPD and the Baltimore Studio have severely damaged LGBTi History.

I am making an interfaith stand based on the heterosexual spiritual person.

Here one can see that I have fought for myself. I am totally isolated by an INFORMANT culture. The nativistic - socialization debate concerning criminality is going to severely damage the LGBTi movement.

LGBTi have not helped in degree relative to heterosexuals and most of the hate crime - torture is due to the fact that LAPD favors LGBTi persons and grants such impunity to act criminally.

There is a system of Holons that abstract the mechanism in reduction. There maybe 9 or 10. The first four are the archetypes and the remainder are variants. This is seen here on the Position Papers.
