The Alienation of the Individual is an important perspective to comprehending many social systems models. I will consider such here mainly in the stance taking by a cell of Los Angeles Police Department, California, and myself.

At a higher structural level I argue that Cambridge Law School of the United Kingdom has most likely designed this event. I will not attack such here because the chance of getting any sound legal opportunity is decreased.

One facet of Totalitarianism is that such seeks to isolate the individual or collective incommunicado from the whole. This is artificial alienation or the feeling that one is not offered an equal opportunity, recognition, and dignity by the whole in one’s social setting.

Here one has to consider the identity of LAPD. They are homosexual or bisexual police officers. There are perhaps twenty plus in the main cell and 160 in other cells of the department itself which is commandeered by Chief William Bratton at the present.

A consideration to be deliberated on now is the Theory of Extinction. This states that a species will become extinct due to a static role in open texture. One could argue that the Dodo bird became extinct because it did not fly to a warmer location. It had wings and the intelligence to do so. This is a static role. The continuum of weather systems is open. Dinosaurs perhaps during a cataclysm may not of had the intelligence or the motility to escape a global freezing event.

Here we have to examine the needs of human life. One needs four essential elements to sustain or survive:

One could argue the fourth as optional for the individual but essential for the continuation of species life.

Here the next issue is the role of heterosexuality and homosexuality. I am going to argue bisexuality, transgender, and other issues herein taken as LGBT. This is current as of this writing and it too is in open texture and will most likely evolve.

The rule of law is of utmost importance. Is the cosmos and the world of our experience being upheld by laws? Do we have to obey to such laws? Can humans amend these laws?

In short LAPD is committing a fallacy of ad baculum, rule of force, and loving one’s self by accident.

The military and police are agents of social control. The police are a para-military designed structure. In advanced Homeland Security Systems the Military is used to defend the borders of the state and the citizens from attack. Military and policing are separate but are converging. In many simple systems the police are curtained heightened threats may be converted into the military. Hence, they return to their stations and pick up heavy armor and their command structures may or may not be changed.

The main legal document of the United States is the United States Constitution.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Marijuana Profiling: Ad Hominem Profiling

In abusing a culture of impunity LAPD and agents use a corrupt system of profiling that is a failed and incompetent method to develop scientific determinism in the administration of criminal justice.

In this instance the a combination of ad hominem and ad misericordium profiling is constructed from past history and a geographic location and imposed over the individual. This profile is slavishly adhered to harass and violate one’s civil rights and also wrecks other law enforcements standing under the colours of law.

Here in my particular case profiles from actual drug dealers from the state of Delaware are imposed over me. I have not lived in Delaware for over a year since 1987. I have not used drugs in degree since before this time. I also do no drink alcohol or do steroids.

LAPD attempts to develop an image of a malingering individual who has not developed from say 20 years of age. This includes a dysfunctional hero worship of drug dealers. IN actuality these drug personas are actual targets of prosecution themselves. Any serious person who has been involved in any racketeering activity for over 20 years is in jeopardy of habitual offender and/or three strike laws which will incur a life sentence.

The myth of California sinsemeillia growing also is invoked. This is centered out of Humboldt County which is the heart of California’s Golden Triangle. The mythical image of a marijuana grower and their social status is a target. The situation throughout this state and Northern California is one of increasing violence and penetration by organized crime.

I do not smoke any marijuana products period. My toleration to abuse by this corrupt system of police, growers, and users has grown thin.

The Baltimore Studio are closet growers of B grade Columbian sinsemeilla. To argue that I emulate these persons from the begin of this systematic human rights abuse in 1986 is an ad absurdum. To postulate that I emulate such because of marijuana production and other drug racketeering is absurd.

In the latter category would be the cracking open of Vick’s Inhalers to extract the pseudo ephedrine resulting in a bathtub batch of peanut butter crank.

This material will nearly make one blind if they inject such and should be avoided. I have already written to Senator Dianne Feinstein about this nonsense as she has sponsored legislation that has regulated over the counter ephedrine.

This type of position paper refuting any intent to support the increasing narco fascist culture is do to an impugn level of law enforcement using profiling and handing of bogus straw man lies to other agencies out of jurisdiction as mutual aid. I cannot even walk in to a town or particularly a store without a contingent of corrupt locals, tourists, and employees laying in wait to harass. The other tactic with such is to set of shoplifting. As stated calling such a racketeering complex is accurate.
