The areas of North Eastern California that are most affected by MOEC,
Mobilization of Empire and Civilization are Plumas, Lassen, Siskiyou, and Modoc
Counties. These four locations are rural and quite large. Organizationally these
counties are interfaces with very large National Forests as such they are prone
to wildfires. They are without a doubt the most remote areas left in the state
of California and were designed as was Inyo County to bear the brunt off any
protracted stand-down that would occur between myself and federal and state
government.
This event in a non-manifest harassment begins in Los Angeles Police Department.
Such contains a Gay Militia. There are cell(s) in this organization that are
avenging gay history. I am a lifelong heterosexual and spiritually conservative
Gaudiya Vaishnava. These are the Krishnas. There are many Hare Krishna groups in
the world and in the United States. The largest is ISKCON, Gaudiya Math,
Narayana Maharaj, and Tripurari Maharaj. This is the diksa or vapu vadi
position. This states that one must having a living guru and that only living
gurus can give diksa or initiation.
The ritvik vadi or vani vadi position states that uttama adhikari gurus and
nitya siddhi bhaktas do not have to be physically alive to give diksa. One
should follow the prominent link in the sampradaya and this is his Divine Grace

I pertain to the ritvik camp. The ISKCON Bangalore, ISKCON Revival Movement and
Hare Krishna Society are the three largest ritvik groups. They are significantly smaller.

Court. While I was doing this near Greenfield, President Bill Clinton was being
impeached. If I can remember correctly I believe that I also heard on pocket
transistor radio that a student had burned down Lee Vining High School in Mono

perpetrated to defame, libel, and slander my person. There has been since
February 12, 2007 a huge escalation in the chemical assault to destroy all
drinking and surface water. This area is heavily contaminated.

Identity and Polarization
Currently here in Lassen County during the summer of 2010 two structures exist that are prominent: 1. Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth 2. Redherring/Strawman. The first is prima facie the second is subtle. The event is authored by Male Same Sex Male MSM parishioners. The term Gay usually refers to men or can be distributed over the LGBTi paradigm - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, intrasex.
I am a PURE HETEROSEXUAL through 100 percent of my life. Any LGBTi position stating that I pertain to this paradigm and not heterosexuality or opposite sex is creating by LAPD members who wish to hand such off to future researchers or possibly a court trial.
Currently LAPD is attempting to state here that I am trangendered. This most likely reflects their same-sex orientation. This is a red herring or a distraction as well as a strawman. True chronology will reveal that I have never engaged in sexual activity with another male. This area supported Proposition 8 here 70 to 30 percent. I still support Proposition 8. Westwood and Lassen County males are more same sex orientated than I am. THIS IS DEFINITIVE. It would not surprise in the least if I am behavioristically the least same sex orientated here. I have a perfect score of 0 relative to a perfect score of 100 with this figure meaning pure gay. This is an individual that only has homosexual or opposite sex. What occurs is that this a BLACKMAIL AND EXTORTION RING. Another male will be outed by L LAPD. This leads to violence. The so-called Gay Triumphalism is a sham. Same Sex practioners are ashamed of being gay within LGBTi paradigm.
Any claim to my having ever been engaged in same-sex is invented against my claim of being a Pure Heterosexual. This creates the house of mirrors or the City of Macondo which is doomed to be destroyed. It appears that trangenderism is being attempted here in this setting. In another location it may be bisexuality. All created by LAPD.
Abnormal Psychology and the Red Herring Strawman
In the United States an extraordinary trajectory of empirical history has occurred which provides data to document the psychological profiles that have been constructed and used to attack and condition individuals and the collective since June 17, 1987. It appears that a Stockholm Syndrome has been created and reinforced through RICO styled operations to support a LGBTi Gay Militancy. This is essentially a Wizard of OZ styled defection model. It is historical that the president of the United States is extortable and can be blackmailed. Targets as myself are isolated and literally framed from profiling that is static. Impunity from the courts facilitates the dismissing of criminal and civil complaints The authorship in it’s own thinking wished to develop a same-sex platform and radiate such clandestinely and overtly. This is hedonistic and is biased to the preferences of same sex and bisexual males and their tastes. Lesbianism and female bisexuality are used to front the male same authorship, code enforcement and their informants.
What is emerging increasingly in prominenence is to discuss this event as a Crime Against Humanity prosecutable within the United States Federal Court system domestically and through the Universal System and treaties internationally.
A focal perspective is that I am being isolated from full legal and social life. I am alive but alienated from a full cultural life. At the natural law level my sexual orientation and preferences are strongly heterosexual.
The setting exists as Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth with a Red Herring - Strawman created to insert a false profile of myself as LGBTi orientated. Hence this is a gay victim. In reality I am a ritvik Hare Krishna or ritvik vadi. This means that I accept a deceased spiritual master as my guide. This would be His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. The opposite camp is the diksa guru or diksa vadis. They wish to follow the instructions of a living guru. They accept deceased teachers as siksa or instructing gurus. In connection to this I interpret the Vedas in a conservative manner. I have had zero same sex behaviors in my 49 years of life.
Hence spiritual identity is easily contrasted with a secular humanistic identity. Heterosexuality and homosexuality are also contrasted to define the roles of the victim myself (heterosexual) and the perpetrators (homosexual - LGBTi).
One should accept a proper associative procedure to ascertain what are my interests in contrast to that of LAPD and the Gay Militancy. If a future case arises that attempts to advocate the LGBTi platform it is almost certain that work is being handed off from LAPD. They will therefore be a higher structural level component handing off work to informants.
I will argue from the heterosexual platform at the natural law level under my Vedic faith. Homosexuality or heterosexuality do not exist in the Vaikuntha atmosphere or heaven of Vedic Cosmography. Sex life is for procreation and is therefore heterosexual.
Gay male same sex interests drive the destructive informant based activities of a RICO styled extortion and blackmail ring. Lesbianism, which in reality is only female bisexuality is used to recruit and develop LGBTi interests. If a heterosexual male does not prefer Lesbianism he is baited as a Gay Male. This is double bind bait and switch tactic. Equal choices of opposite sex females are not provided. Hence operatives will argue from MSM interests across the LGBTi platform to insulate gay males. I believe this is due to lesbianism and female bisexuality is perceives as more favorable, less damaging, and perhaps even desirable in contrast to the behavior and identity groups MSM males pertain to.
A corollary to this structure and process is that racism is used to falsely divide the argument. If I state that gays are not my preference than this is presented as Asian and gay refers only to female bisexuals and lesbians. This is further support for an inferiority to based displacement within male same sex male MSM individuals who authored these acts and LAPD. Narcissitic Personality Disorder also is part of the development of informants with psychopathic characteristics.
A mock trial scenario is currently being perpetuated which is also a double bind bait and switch tactic. This reflects the lesbianism - bisexual front for same sex males. In a criminal or civil court I would depose witnesses in the first instance that support my orthodox interpretation of the Vedas read as heterosexual or opposite sex procreation. This is very important in that a kangaroo court atmosphere pervades daily life replicating a dumbing down profiling of natural and groups or individuals. That is homosexuality or heterosexuality does not exist in The Vaikunthas or heavenly planets. Manjari bhava or the devotional mood of the handmaidens of Radharini is spiritually pure and would refute homosexuality and could never be revealed to anyone in a karmic or sinful state. Anarthas are sinful activities or thoughts.
Sahijaya means imitation. Sani Sahijaya mean equating mundane sexlife to spiritual life. Here against manjaris are the target of this interpolation. Manjaris do not engage in sex. Equating sex life as fellatio, cunningulus, or anal coitus is mundane is obviously spiritual sex life known as Garbhandana samskara. As stated previously I have been 100 percent heterosexual or free from any male to male sexual activity over my entire life.

There is quantum of force in play to create a same sex figure to teach historically as the victim who approves and supports the Gay Militancy and what is a Crime Against Humanity. One main reinforcer sis the proffering of same sex or sexual contacts.
The inferiority complex is the core component of a constellation or syndrome of clinical diagnosis that have been fused or combined into a model for creating Gay LGBTi militants and consequent activity in the social environment. The complex is eclectic. A simple orthodox to neo-orthodox Freudian orientation gives the best results in primary analysis. Events are heavily layered in structures of the course of the militants and victims lifespan.
There is also a direct connection with stalking, obsession, an aggressive attack on reality, displacement of emotions to a target which is myself and to prevent anyone to aid me (Lin 1997).

A very deep and profound process and structure is the use of polymorphous perversity. This is the use of sexual language to attack another from a perceived threat Vulgarisms and violent connotations are used against me and other parties. It is then stated that I am enamored of these behaviors and these speech patterns are part of my repertoire which is untrue. It is also inferred that I would nor be morally and intellectually sophisticated to discern what polymorphous perversity is.
Examples are if Jane Doe is mentioned, she is a good lay… If I am attempting to meet Jane Doe, it is stated, Are you trying to beat her? The equivocation reflects acting violently against her and also being in competition with her.
A point of departure will be Freud’s Outline of Psychoanalysis where an Oedipal Complex is acted out between sibling rivals. In this context this rivalry exists under an (ideal) unseen father and mother figure and (real) natural father and mother figure exists. A conflict between a system of LGBTi militants operating out of LAPD have attacked and alienated myself as a natural member of the human race and a citizen of the United States. Herein I represent the heterosexual or opposite sex platform. The LGBTi side also has a narcissitic personality component, and a psychopathic component that will help define their activities.
The resolution of this conflict should occur between 8 and 13 years of age.

Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth
It is clear that the LAPD which is embedded in the LGBTi encampment is still culturally wrecking within the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. They are openly attempting to promote Gay (same - sex superiority). This is prima facie a hoax. I would attribute this to an inferiority complex. Every minority group that has attempted to become code - enforcement officials has been successful. The LGBTi law enforcement is the only group to date to have failed. I am openly challenging the legal validity of POST training materials and certifications for code enforcement in California. Below are study manuals available from POST. This area is rural and also contains a major prison - Susanville State Prison. Correctional Officers are policeman and sworn. As seen POST is indirectly addressing a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. The outline below taken from 43 study modules appears to indicate that peace officers should be competent at a minimum with some officers being positioned to become HIGHLY COMPETENT.
This has not happened.
In degree I was born in Roswell, New Mexico. I went to prepatory schools in Delaware. Most of college work has been done through California Junior College System and Columbia College of Missouri. Summer 2010 - Stripping Schwarzenegger of His Citizenship
I had originally prepared to spend this summer in McCloud. Due to cold weather I became trapped here again. At this point I hope to be a juggernaut or at least one of the innovators to strip Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of his United States citizenship. The escalation of the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth and the Redherring - Strawman are extremely poor foundations for the mythological charade that he and Maria Shriver are illegally attempting to promote.
The root cause of this is Gay Irrationalism which is generated by an inferiority complex in same sex males. I will be 49 next week. I have zero same sex behaviors throughout my life. LAPD is obsessed and compulsive to escalate acts that damage LGBTi persons, culture and history. I am clearly operating from the opposite sex platform and are challenging the sanitization of what is a crime against humanity and the United States. This is an extension of the inferiority complex in same-sex males. This activity is a blackmail and extortion ring which escalates into RICO behaviors as intimidating a witness, hostaging, assault, kidnapping and murder. What is known as Gang or Mob Stalking is also a key structure and process that is affecting this area especially Westwood. What is unique is the inclusion of same sex persons in the military is forthwith.
I do not drink alcohol, do drugs or marijuana, engage in illicit sex especially male same sex, or gamble. The environment is so contaminated I cannot actively maintain vegetarianism and am forced to pick all or none days to maintain some vegetarianism instead of leveling a lower omnivorous posture. The lakes here and flowing water are heavily contaminated. This is probably the worst in United States history.
A key issue is transformational figures since I have never engaged in same sex for all of my near 49 years of life. A male figure from san Diego is being profered whom I do not his name as transitional figure over me. This figure is bisexual. A figure would have to be heterosexual or opposite sex. Closing the Case for Summer 2009
It the present and future value of what has occurred in this region may lead to areas as Plumas, Lassen, and Siskiyou leading an important role in the prosecution and research over an important event in Human and American History. One of the first legal questions that arises that is undefined is what is Treason and Obstruction of Justice. A second social science problem is why no one from this region stood forward in open opposition. I have frequented the region several times spending 4 summers here. I have written one writ of certiorari Cv - 98-7015 and have numerous FBI complaints authored which I also have to defend.
There is a salient confrontation over the Heterosexual versus Homosexual (LGBTi) paradigm. The Gay Rights Movement is identical with torture at this time. Love, Honor and Cherish.org has just filed a petition on September 24, 2009 to challenge Proposition 8 which passed in the 2008 elections banning same-sex marriage in California. LAPD and it's Gay Militancy is parasitic to any so-called overt civil rights movement run by the LGBTi coalition. This region struck down same-sex marriage by about a 60 - 40 percent margin.
There is nothing positive to present as to why these small counties with superior courts and sworn officers did respond nor the communities, institutions, and individuals present.
I have publicly challenged the University of California regarding censorship, sanitization, and academic fraud. I believe an ethnographic study is planned that is scripted to aggrandize the LGBTi agenda. This would result in a strawman or fictious history inserted in the record.
I have already started a preliminary ethnographic study based on universals and particulars with the particular being my viewpoint outward to the culture, law, and religion based systems.

Although pathological lying was first described in the medical literature over 100 years ago, it remains a poorly understood concept. Psychiatrists continue to grapple with the full ramifications of the condition, even though interest specifically in pathological lying seems to have waned in recent times. The impact of pathological lying deserves critical attention from forensic psychiatrists because of the implications that untruths have in a legal context. In this article, the authors review the considerable vagueness and confusion that has surrounded this concept and examine the extent to which a person can control lying behavior and the related question of whether pathological liars have responsibility for their actions. While providing a structured framework for considering pathological lying in the forensic context, the authors conclude that further systematic research is needed to resolve the questions raised in this article.In August 2001, the State of California Commission on Judicial Performance ordered the removal from office of Judge Patrick Couwenberg for making misrepresentations to become a judge, continuing to make misrepresentations while a judge, and deliberately providing false information to the Commission in the course of its investigation.
1 The judge had lied at various times to judges, attorneys, a newspaper reporter, and the Commission on Judicial Performance. He told the Commission, under oath, that he had participated in covert CIA operations in Southeast Asia and Africa and that he had a master's degree in psychology when, in reality, he had never been in the CIA nor did he have a degree in psychology. He had committed many other misrepresentations, including stating that he had received a Purple Heart for injuries sustained in Vietnam and dramatically reporting that shrapnel was still lodged in his groin. In reality, he was never in Vietnam during the war.1A psychiatrist expert witness testifying before a panel of three judges sitting as special masters investigating Judge Couwenberg concluded that the judge was suffering from pseudologia fantastica which he described as "story telling that often has sort of a matrix of fantasy interwoven with some facts" (Ref.
1, p 10). The expert further testified that pseudologia fantastica is treatable with therapy and did not render Judge Couwenberg unfit for judicial service. The basis for the conclusions regarding treatment and fitness for judicial service was not stated in the reference article and therefore is not available for review.Cases like Judge Couwenberg's continue to emerge from time to time. Recent media articles chronicling the lying behavior of prominent men such as Joseph J. Ellis,
2 a Pulitzer Prize winning historian and professor of history at Mount Holyoke College; Jeffery Archer,3 member of the House of Lords of England; and Sir Laurens Van der Post,4 former spiritual adviser to Prince Charles and godfather to Prince William, have generated significant interest. A former student of Professor Ellis, upon learning of his mentor's lies was quoted as saying, "He seemed so genuine. Perhaps it was a fantasy he came to believe himself" (Ref. 5, p A12). This observation raised important questions: did the just-named individuals consciously and willfully engage in spewing their lies or were they unable to control their lying?The concept of pathological lying, in which an individual repeatedly and apparently compulsively tells false stories, is not new to psychiatry. Numerous articles were written on it in the first half of the 20th century. However, interest in it waned drastically, to the extent that in recent years, it has received very little mention. Yet, the relatively modest light shed on pathological lying in recent psychiatric literature may not reflect its true prevalence in the pathology encountered routinely by clinical psychiatrists. Rather, it may be that psychiatrists simply know little about the subject and have difficulty recognizing the phenomenon.
Lies have been written about and classified for centuries. However, as noted by Healy and Healy,
6 it was a German physician (Dr. Delbruck) who first clearly described the concept of pathological lying after an extensive examination of lies told by five of his patients. He concluded that these lies were so abnormal and out of proportion that they deserved a special category, which he described as pseudologia phantastica, terminology that is used interchangeably with pseudologia fantastica, which may be an Americanized spelling. Pathological lying, pseudologia fantastica, mythomania and morbid lying are generally used interchangeably, although it remains debatable whether they all describe the same phenomenon. Indeed, Bursten's7 description of Manipulative Personality shows characteristics similar to those of pathological lying. Nevertheless, for the purpose of this article, we make no distinction among the terms just described. In addition, we confine our discussion to the narrow phenomenon of pathological lying and do not consider the broader concept of lying. The latter subject has been the object of considerable discussion.Many articles have variously defined pseudologia fantastica, but a commonly quoted definition is that put forth by Healy and Healy
8 who described it as "falsification entirely disproportionate to any discernible end in view, may be extensive and very complicated, manifesting over a period of years or even a lifetime, in the absence of definite insanity, feeblemindedness or epilepsy" (Ref. 8, p 1). Pseudologia fantastica was therefore described as a fantasy lie, a daydream communicated as reality, in which the lie can be a gratification in itself, for pleasure only and not for any other obvious gain.20 It was described as an intermediary phase between psychic health and neurosis.20 The notion of "double consciousness," in which two forms of life run side by side, the actual and the desired, and the desired becomes preponderant and decisive, has been proposed as the mechanism underlying pathological lying.21 It has also been suggested that the mental processes similar to those forming the basis of the impulse to literary creation in normal people is the foundation of the morbid romances and fantasies of those with pseudologia fantastica.22 The impulse that forces the fabrication of stories is supposedly bound up with the desire to play the role of the person depicted; fiction and real life are not separated. Further support for intact reality testing in pseudologia fantastica is the proposition that pseudologues usually have sound judgment in other matters, an observation that makes it difficult to prove that the pseudologue does not know that what he or she is doing is wrong.
