The Role of the Delaware State Police

The Delaware State Police and the State of Delaware as other states and agencies are also extended along nodes from the Origin in a radial pattern. It appears that this is done to insulate Cambridge Law School from detection while recruiting informants. This is facilitated by defection (prisoner's dilemma), targeted chemical assaults, electronic surveillance, and intimidation. The immediate mission is LGBti marriage. In this connection it appears that Cambridge Law School will go both ways, harm the United States outside of the United States Constitution.

In degree most individuals are constants and I am a variable in this operation which also can construed as cognitive behaviorism or at simpler level operant conditioning (behaviorism). The pattern of defection favors same sex activity or heterosexuality. Punishment can be a targeted chemical assault. The more a person's behavior is same sex orientated the less the chemical assault may be. To counterbalance this targeted chemical assault are also used to despoil deals that are racketeered to informants. These are marriage arrangements, jobs, promotions, drug deals, and impunity from other racketeering.

In this connection there is a convergence of anabolic steroid distribution and drug contraband with San Diego. The amount is small but it demonstrates the ability of defection in prisoner's dilemma to effect social engineering.

In Kent County, Delaware where Delaware State Police Headquarters and Troop 3 are located there is a smaller distribution of anabolic steroids mainly boldendone or equipoise. This an animal mass builder. It is favored by some body builders for it's low amorization into the female steroid estrogen. Boldendone is available through defection to some athletes in elementary school. It is given mainly to youths who have been in engaged in same sex acts or whose relatives mainly parents are. At later years two and three sport athletes who train hard are given the opportunity to develop with such.

The so-called genetic wonder in junior and senior high school is debunked. These stars are juiced. The persons who use are chemically tagged. This means that their homes, cars, and the events in which they participate in may be chemically assaulted. In an indoor wrestling, volleyball, or basketball match with several juiced stars this may be severe. This has been a yellow haze which is most likely sulfur and water. Hydrochloric or muriatic acid may also be added. The last two may be components in the manufacture of methamphetamines.

Regular drug contraband is also tagged. Marijuana is also sprayed. In the convergence between San Diego and Delaware the steroid use and drug production are on world class level.

In focus Kent County, under then Captain Marvel were targeted with distributing and escalating the chemical assault. I have never knowingly used boldendone or other known anabolic steroid. I have used other drugs and it appears they may have been tagged. I did not tag the drugs with sprays. I am the target to launch the Targeted Chemical Assaults to a full blown Scorched Earth.

This has occurred. It was designed by LGBti interests to attack President Ronald Reagan. Currently President Barack Obama is more culpable the escalation of Scorched Earth the Ronald Reagan.

Since I am heterosexual I never directly heard that the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth was being developed over my natural person and citizenship.

The Convergence to San Diego

The convergence of nodes originating from Cambridge Law School, LAPD, and the Delaware State Police occurred through my moving to San Diego with the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth imposed over my natural person and citizenship. This occurred when I lived in downtown San Diego. I was introduced to this alter-ego female. I do not wish to establish any type of activity through this mechanism. Intuitively I did not ask for her name. I still do not know her name. This introduction was in a targeted chemical assault.

Other events were on Adam Avenue in Normal Heights. Here Joe Purzicky, one time coach of Caesar Rodney High School flew in with the Captain Marvel and the Delaware State Police. The intent is that through a Chemical Assault there is to be a LGBTi of reunion or convergence. The leaders of the Proposition 22 and now Proposition 8 movement in California were also present.

The Ken Theater on Adams Avenue was another location of targeted Chemical Assaults. The events here are quite severe. At one time the San Diego Police officer who was pouring the chemicals actually went on stage before the movies just to be exposed with an employee of the theater who knew this illegal act was occurring.

I am misrepresented by LAPD intentionally. I am clearly on the heterosexual side on marriage.

A similar event also occurred at Mesa College near the same time. Here another female who allegedly was bisexual was presented and she was merged into the Chemical Assault. Captain Marvel Purzicky were also present.

Two other notable areas are worth mentioning. One is the Hare Krishna Temple in Pacific Beach and Mission Bay just west University of San Diego. This is a park east of Mission Beach.

At the Hare Krishna Temple I believe a sulfuric mixture was placed in the ventilation. If persons are being Chemically Assaulted they are able to hear the entrapment which leads to a full-blown Scorched Earth. The same alter ego female and her father were present; he would enter the temple but she would remain outside because the tagging over her was so severe that it was better for her to remain outside. They requested me to go outside to see hers. She was enveloped in a yellow haze.

His Grace Badrinarayana was the temple president and he is now a Governing Board Commission member (GBC) of the International Society of Krishna Consciousness.

After the event became a fullblown scorched earth with 24 hour electronic surveillance at Mission Bay. Joe Purzicky (Barclays Bank) was present when I was forced to camp in the park. This was near the date when then Supreme Court Judge Sandra Day O'Conner was giving a speech at USD. At this time a San Diego helicopter deliberately buzzed me while I was lying on the ground. This was less than thirty feet over my head and illegal.

In degree, LAPD is attempting to state that this alter ego personality and her father are leading me. I am clearly supporting spiritual-heterosexual position. I am actively treating this situation as live in continuo crime scene. I am currently basing this data as a social science - history based presentation to confront the University of California. The university has a legal obligation to record the history of California. I argue they are obstructing justice. They have engaged in censorship and sanitization since June 17, 1987.

The University of California San Diego is located in La Jolla. I have begun challenging the University of California system. This efficient in that it appears that they have been entrapped by Cambridge University. Defeating UC here in California where the school has legal responsibilities as recording the Official State History, will also damage Cambridge - Oxford, the Ivy League et al. These actors are engaged in severe censorship and sanitization. They are REWRITING HISTORY.
