Kerry Bush Media Hoax

Since June 17, 1987 the United States has been cast into a systematic scorched earth campaign. A focal issue at the crux of this unrecognized crime is the Sovereign - Subject relationship. The sovereign here is the head of state and the subject is derived from the citizen. Citizenship states that one has rights. Subject means one is bound to duties. Hence on this date which is also about the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution, Ronald Reagan's negligence and selfishness forced the suffering of untold millions of persons. There are four presidents involved in de facto or negligent behavior under United States Federal and International law.

David Nollmeyer, the author, is a natural person under this violation is attempting to navigate this maze's odious hatred. I was spurred to create this site by Senator Kerry's recent comments and that of a certain click of Rock Stars to aid such economically.

I have a substantial United States Federal docket which I will post. I have a corollary interest in that I have an AA degree in Fine Arts or music proper. I am so happy that degree states Fine Art. I stopped listening to progressive rock and jazz for spiritual music and classic the instant that this event began.

The LAPD rogue element who are using the Orwellian tactics to scorch the earth are gay or bisexual. The Baltimore studio is also such.

LAPD code-named Dealers, in perversion of religion and the Social Contract, are using real criminals to entrap persons by replicating and distributing criminal behavior to their informant cohorts. In degree is Scott Miller.

Scott Miller was serving well over 600 years for serial rape in the State of Delaware before he took his counselor hostage, raped her, and was shot DEAD by the emergency response team. This was the first slaying of a prisoner in the Delaware Correctional System's history.

Here in Bishop, Inyo County, California, Scott Miller is being advertised as a Champion. I am serious. This is the largest geographic county in the United States. There are only 20,000 residents. The locals, I am ANTI-LOCAL to the core, I am spiritualist not from "here or there", are willing takers to the illegal good ol boy arrangements given by the rogue click. They are openly skewed to the Gay Group perspective. The crime rate and aids rate here are amongst the lowest in the United States. In retrospect Delaware is the fourth fastest growing AIDS rate and the prison system has a 1:20 HIV infection rate.

George Bush has just accepted the nomination for president and so be it. The consideration here is that the United States is a System of a Perfect Dictator. The entire human culture that I daily interact with is anti-social. The population is willing and eager to participate with the police in acts of torture and impunity. This is not the time to develop political science proper.

In degree the commonwealth is created for the benefit of the citizen. The head of state or sovereign is only the caretaker to guide the state to its proper ends. In its invertaebration the sovereign turns into a tyrant. The human and material resources are used in a Master Passion to eliminate challengers.

Challenging pop stars is not going to help my plight directly. In an election year the donors to this abuse are drawn within target range. Popular art has no substantive history as far as David Nollmeyer is concerned. Rejecting this form of music is one of the most intelligent and creative things I have ever done. The cowardly fans of this genre will be easily exposed. I do not advocate isolating any group. The general illiteracy of popular music fans is reflected in the performers themselves.

Interestingly enough, the closest I probably get to where one of these entertainers would play is San Luis Obispo and Humboldt County, CA.

These two areas have a terrible human rights record and have been despoiled by scorched earth as part of this presidential hoax. Music fans will be in disgrace. When I advocated to friends, "you should go to a yard sale and pick up a $50 used Yamaha acoustic guitar", such was a self fulfilling prophecy than following the hollow pop scene.

The LAPD are attempting to glorify the Baltimore Studio while at the same time subjected such. Here are the code names for the alleged members of the Baltimore Studio who run the Synclavier digital processor which essentially creates and mutilates evidence.

The intent in the glorification of the studio is to preserve the mechanisms which are the machinery of torture (machine theory). By using distributive justice LAPD has divided the labour of the system. Similar to checks and balances, this permits the conspiracy to reassemble itself in the event of a strike.

In short, by using profiling and conditioning it was predicted that if this event was to occur I would respond favorably to the Baltimore Studio. It is historically clear since June 0f 1987 that this group has no moral or legal basis for its activities and I have not supported such as the records in the docket would indicate.

Here the Baltimore Studio is argued as my teachers which is a farce. I was a formally sight reading and harmonically trained musician at the junior college level. This being in as of 1984. This event systematic torture began in June of 1987. This studio's credentials were of a journeyman chops and licks mode. I still do not believe save for a few musicians and tunes that this studio has any through composed material.

Corruption and pop-hoax that is identity based is only a small part of the problem. Plagiarism and slander are the order of the day. Creation of a piece of art as music is the issue. I have numerous pieces that have been composed for years which I have not formally notated. Two which are important are Jharikanda and Ecce Homo.

LAPD, The Flies, Caan, dealers, or whatever label nom de guerra is being used which to posit Arron allegedly of 61 years of age as the composer of Jharikhanda and Jim as the composer of Ecce Homo.

Jharikhanda is based on a rondo form and has been a 15 minute plus song that is basically oblique with some counterpoint and flamenco that is played PIMA. I wrote it fulfill recital qualifications which for a senior would be a 10 minute piece in a one hour recital.

Ecce Homo was a breakthrough piece that reminds one of The Song Remains the same. I figure this is due to the chord stops that are used in British acoustic music.

The show at the Wachovia Center before 19,000 appears to went off well. I used to go to the Spectrum as often as possible in my younger years. The last concert I saw was headlined by the Jets at a George Bush rally in LA many years ago. Before things definitely got worst during Reagan, I went to a Grateful Dead show at the Spectrum, In the Dark, in attempt to run. This should have been a piece a cake here. The electronic surveillance is evil. There is also bad news for Deadheads. I have lived extensively through northern California, the groups stronghold, their fans and at one time Melissa Etheridge's would have went down as the group with the worst Human Rights abuse.
