The Gay Militia
A cell of LAPD California has been running a de facto entrapment openly since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. They pertain ideologically to the school of Irrationalism. They are Pre-Fascists. Their cognitive abilities and their culture lack the ability and skills to build a state or lead a nation.
I have been a heterosexual my entire life. TOTALITARIANISM WILL SEEK TO ISOLATE.
LAPD is openly recruiting members of the LGBTi to harass persons. The racketeering of drug deals and other crimes are source of economics and reinforcement.
This is obtained by Prisoner's Dilemma. There is no rule of law or rights. I can indirectly confront these antisocial persons by advocating the conversion of Part II violent misdemeanors to Part I felonies.
This would be by convictions conversions of 3:1 first, 2:1, second, and 2:1 or 1:1 on the third infraction. This would make this individual eligible for Three Strike laws at the federal and/or state level. So three misdemeanors becomes one felony and so forth.
I am opposed to all members of the cell. These are other groups are also involved:

- Baltimore City Police MD
- The Baltimore Studio or The Studio
LAPD or The Flies (aka Lord of the Flies) will use false set theory and informal fallacies under relative morality to entrap persons.This is a symptom of antisocial disorder, the killing off of conscience. Pathological lying is another prominent trait. Another feature is being an INFORMANT.
As I attempt to move about the electronic surveillance increases as per the recruitment of informants.
I do not wish to be frivolous, the people they recruit reflect the Jerry Springer Show.
Here we have both male and female prostitution and exploitation. The homeless population are totally being abused at this level by the police.
In the future I will be more assertive in support of protecting marriage between One man and One woman.

There is also an attack on Gaudiya Vaishnavism which was inaugurated by Caitanya in India in the 1500s. LAPD is attempting to isolate Gaudiya Vaishnavism. They are facilitating this by also attacking the liberal wing of the movement which does some accept Third Gender Identity. The rules of Sadhana must be followed.

The first is wanted population. The second is unwanted population.

Samskaras are purification rituals. Garbhandana Samskara are the religious rules for procreation of a religious person.
LAPD has used me as foil essentially to attack the United States at the present level. This would involve treason. They are using what is a Pontius Pilate Paradigm to hit command level officials. They are no more than sergeants in degree.
Currently the air and water are poisoned. I cannot enter a building without the police spraying the building. All the running water and lakes have been contaminated by the police.
I do not support any Gay Militia. This structure is a RICO Structure. Under this Pontius Pilate Paradigm there is organization only for social and structural WRECKING.
This is a PURGE OF INFORMANTS.
There is no plan in place for any sustainable culture. The LGBT are the closest culture to the GAY MILITIA. They will suffer first. This is where the "If I go down, I drag everybody down mentally emerges." This philosophy was adapted from Tom Metzger leader of Skinhead Nazis in San Diego.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Unified Crime Reports support the fact that LGBT culture will suffer in a PURGE OF INFORMANTS.

What is unique in this comparison is the individuals ability to sustain and develop. All these persons are born within four years, even days of each other. Both nativistic (genetic) and socialization (learning) are considered.
Here we can see immediately that Princess Diana and John F. Kennedy Jr. are deceased. I am living under incredible duress. Thomas Metz and Karen Proudford are doctors. Darrell Gravatt is a teacher. David Valeski is a Delaware State Police Officer. John Hahn is a Major in the Marine Corp.
I am an unrecognized political prisoner.
I have a respectable college education. This is a fact that de facto elements whish to mutilate as well as my real sexual orientation which is heterosexual.
A contrast here is to be made to The Baltimore Studio or The Studio who average slightly over 50 years of age. Then also to the de facto law enforcement officials and governmental leaders as to why this event is a Disaster that could have been prevented.
Overall the major consideration here is are there deterministic and socialization concepts that can be objectively quantified? Why are the Delaware State Police and the majority of Kent County Delaware defecting or cooperating with an attack on the United States. Dear Homeland Secretary Schiliro,
I am writing you today to complain of the involvement of the Delaware State Police in Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth and Stalking. The Colorado River is Chemically Despoiled along the Blythe CA - Ehrenberg AZ crossing heading into Mexico south of here.
The Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth began on June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware under the direction LGBTi militants from LAPD. This agency is under the command of Chief Beck now.
The manifest contamination of surface water as the Colorado River was made about February 12, 2007. This was code named Radhanatha. This is a poison in the well tactic used to attack Radhanatha Swami of ISKCON a Hare Krishna preacher who many allege ordered the murder of Sulochana Prabhu in Los Angeles. Tirtha was convicted of the murder and is serving double life in West Virginia. The reasoning is that it is probable that Radhanatha received immunity for cooperation from the US Attorney.
Radhanatha has nothing to do with poisoning of the water here.
Stalking here by abuse of mutual aid from LAPD to the DSP and other agencies here is quite severe.
Recently three murders of Federal employees occurred in Juarez. I am constantly harassed by LAPD with threats concerning the eMe (Letter M - Mexican Mafia which runs out of the California Correctional System and has sub gangs in Los Angeles).
The real eMe is not the problem here. It is the wannabes. It is probably that elements in Juarez and LAPD want a SWEEP to occur. The largest gang sweeps in US and California have been occurring. A scenario is that the United States is poisoning a tremendous amount of property. LAPD is clearly running perhaps 60% of the cocaine in the United States directly through this city.
The territories of the Juarez Cartels are different then the remnants of the Arelllano Felix gangs in Tijuana somewhere south of here.
These elements may have paid their bribes and are willing to hunker down and let corrupt elements in Homeland Security and the gang banger homeboys on the United States get taken out by hitting these consulate employees.
This scenario may only be partly true. It is the most likely event to occur under conservative prosecution.
I have had complaints against Janet Napolitano since here AG and Governor days in Arizona. I do not do drugs or drink alcohol. I would not miss her or any other Delaware State Police Officials as Ellingsworth, Pepper, Marvel, and Shaner that had a part in setting up this Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

The world’s most powerful investors have been advised to buy farmland, stock up on gold and prepare for a “dirty war” by Marc Faber, the notoriously bearish market pundit, who predicted the 1987 stock market crash.
The bleak warning of social and financial meltdown was delivered today in Tokyo at a gathering of 700 pension and sovereign wealth fund managers.
Dr Faber, who advised his audience to pull out of American stocks one week before the 1987 crash and was among a handful who predicted the more recent financial crisis, vies with the Nouriel Roubini, the economist, as a rival claimant for the nickname Dr. Doom.
Speaking today, Dr Faber said that investors, who control billions of dollars of assets, should start considering the effects of more disruptive events than mere market volatility.
“The next war will be a dirty war,” he told fund managers: "What are you going to do when your mobile phone gets shut down or the internet stops working or the city water supplies get poisoned?”
His investment advice, which was the first keynote speech of CLSA’s annual investment forum in Tokyo, included a suggestion that fund managers buy houses in the countryside because it was more likely that violence, biological attack and other acts of a “dirty war” would happen in cities.
He also said that they should consider holding part of their wealth in the form of precious metals “because they can be carried”.
One London-based hedge fund manager described Mr. Faber’s address as “excellent, chilling stuff: good at putting you off lunch, but not something I can tell clients asking me about quarterly returns at the end of March”.
Dr Faber did offer a few more traditional investment tips, although their theme fitted his general mode of pessimism.
In Asia, particularly, he said, stock pickers should play on future food and water shortages by buying into companies with exposure to agriculture and water treatment technologies.

I, David Nollmeyer am filing a criminal complaint against President Barack Obama, Vice President Joseph Biden, and Homeland Secretary for RICO Violations in the Federal District Of Arizona.
Since November 1, 2009 I have resided in Blythe CA - Ehrenberg AZ. The Colorado River which has headwaters under Arizona jurisdiction has been Chemically Contaminated. This is allegedly by a cell of LGBTi (SAME SEX) militants operating out of Los Angeles Police Department.
The Colorado River was originally despoiled on or about February 12, 2007. This was code-named Radhanatha. This is a poison in the well tactic. There is a Radhanatha Swami who is a natural person. He has allegations that were cleared by the USAG that he was involved in a murder of a Krishna dissident in Los Angeles named Sulochana.
This is an in continuo act. Stalking is also facilitated on cue from this agency in Ehrenberg and the Flying J Truckstop on I -10. I am a strict heterosexual. I am orthodox ritvik Hare Krishna who only supports opposite sex marriage.
Stalking is openl conducted under a conditions of Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. Persons are recruited to harass persons at the truckstop by slamming doors and other objects.
A federal trial concerning Gay Marriage began in San Francisco yesterday. I am remaining firm in my support for Proposition 8 in California. I am being deprived of my civil rights because of my Hare Krishna (Vedic) race (Japanese American) and political (socially conservative view).
If they are crossing state lines this is interstate stalking.
I am alleging that three officials supra are guilty of at least three predicate acts in continuo as the Colorado River is despoiled to debilitate me to death by attacking my citizenship. The three principals are guilty of Section 242 (below), 8th Amendment (right to remain free from cruel and unusual treatment, 14th Amendment (Due Process clause), each party would of also subsequently violated their oath office if guilty for a fourth offense.

Happy New Years!!! The decade has begun. I will continue to develop what I will name the Vamanadeva Baseline VB. Since no one including the University of Delaware (who will either develop and research what has transpired to teach this event in Delaware), I will develop my interdisciplinary materials more thoroughly as the baseline.
I live in California, and do not have any fear of the University of California, or the Ivy League for the matter, these actors are severely damaged by what is a Joe Virus.
Everything becomes progressively dumber and incompetent. No has the conscience or will to correct severe deficiencies in personnel.
A unique shift has occurred. I have a legal prescription for testosterone and nandrolone. Without such typing would cause pain. I am not sure if there will be any dramatic anabolic effect but I feel stronger.
The members of the Delaware State Police have had a large degree of exposure to what amounts to Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. The United States Federal and State of Delaware Constitutions prescribes what duties these officers MUST perform. To date, now January 2010, near the beginning of Barack Obama's second term as president, there is not official recognition by the Delaware State Police. Consequently there is substance to the symbolic defeat of the first state to ratify the United States Constitution on this documents 200th Anniversary.
If all parties in the State of Delaware continue to remain in a ritualistic posture, condoning and not acknowledging egregious breaches in Homeland Security and human rights, I will definitely expand and legally contest the creation of false records which is obstruction of justice. This will also include the teaching of history, administration of justice and social science in the State of Delaware.

In the next few weeks to the beginning of next year Homeland Security Secretary Lewis Shiliro will be addressed. The entire fraud on national security and sanitization can be laid to rest at Homeland Security. Whether this is Jane Napolitano or state official remains to be seen.
Beau Biden' return to Delaware has been addressed for the record. Currently it appears that Delaware is going through a crime wave. I am along the border with Mexico and security is poor but I do not believe anyone cares.

I have returned to the Colorado River area where I began the millennium. On November 3, 2009 in Maine same sex marriage was overturned. I supported this issue as I have throughout my entire stay in the State of Arizona and the Colorado River area. There should be no ambiguity on this issue. I am seriously challenging the University of California over history and sociology. This includes theories of criminality. I am also interested in abnormal psychology especially psychopathology.
In light of this, it is pretty well certain that some studies will be made as to why no homeland security officer i.e. Delaware State Police officer or other person, perhaps cohort from my school years in Delaware has not emerged. The Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth is a tremendous effort to debilitate my physical and psychological well being. I will become more assert as so-called sworn officials and experts become more static and negligent.
I would state that Superintendent Coupe and Attorney General Biden are in legal peril due to the ages. I am older than they are and if I perish they will share in culpability.
I have made an extra effort on the www.powereality.net to provide individuals who are under surveillance from this mechanism with a broad resource of information. Beau Biden has returned from his tour of duty. I have been busy addressing the surprise Nobel Prize victory of Barack Obama. I argue that this prize is a strawman and clearly that any abstract overtures of nuclear diplomacy is outweighed by objective empirical systematic torture ongoing in the United States.
Delaware will also play a significant role in deciding the the legal and historical weight. I was in Big Pine, California on October 9, 2009 when Obama won this prize. The Owens Valley and Inyo County as Delaware has a very poor record on human rights.
As per Beau Biden, it is clear that he is under the color of law.

At this point in time I am extremely confident in my success in being able to mount a social science - history - philosophy of science attack against the University of California. The concept of a Joe Virus is an accurate example that I believe is linked to the attack on the United States. In this structural process a botnet of computers is used to mount a denial of service against a target site. Recently an attack on the Facebook and Twitter accounts of Georgian professor come into mind.
Here in the United States the use of Gay Irrationalism and Gay Know Nothing to attack the superior work of the most qualified persons is a signature of MOEC. In the manifest function this is a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth.
I am arguing with LAPD over pre-algebra math problems. They will turn violent and attempt to show fight. This is the corruption of a request made by Vedic Holy Man Srila Prabhupada in that ksatriya or the military, police, and administrators should challenge corrupt priests.

Notice that I am not directly challenging the Math Department at UC.
These police officers would test into pre-algebra about the 8th Grade in a junior college. So they are genuine computer scientists, economists, and investors. They are quite proud of drug dealing, pornography, and going to the casino.
They are severely damaging the most qualified LGBTi persons in California.
When asked for a LGBTi leader they respond Melissa Etheridge. This is unique because she is about the same age as I am. She grew up in Kansas.
This will all be researched as to why we supported and resisted treason and crimes against humanity.

The University of California has the legal obligation of recording the state's history. As seen this is not occurring. I feel competent to challenge the history department at Berkeley over this censorship and sanitization. This may be true also for the University of Delaware. As seen Delaware Technical and Community College is the prime training facility for homeland security officers in Delaware. This will be contested with the curricula and why no sworn officers have stepped forward.

In August I will develop a website on San Diego and Mesa College in California. There is a convergence between Delaware and this area. Specifically there is an alter ego female who lived there that was also heavily targeted with chemical assault. In Kent County this will be the animal mass builder boldendone (Equiposie) and simple cannabis. Hence if one traffics or consumes these substances they will be hit with targeted chemical assault. I have openly admitted to have been a small LSD dealer. The main target is exclusive heterosexuality. I am the main target, a lifelong cradle to grave heterosexual with no same sex contacts, I am a Proposition 8 (opposite sex marriage) supporter in California. I also do not do drugs. I have NEVER DONE ANABOLIC STEROIDS.
I did not know that this conspiracy would end up in a totalitarian SCORCHED EARTH. Persons in the Delaware State Police have been purchasing these chemicals and equipment to develop this attack. The entire concept of Homeland Security and deterrence are being redefined. I am concerned with the evolutionary biology of natural species as the human race.
This attack was lead by LGBti militants who fight for this group of persons regardless of sovereign boundaries. They do not care who get hurt. They have betrayed their own cause as only a fool would publicly proclaim the Gay Triumphalism that they espouse.

In 1985 and 1986 I was living in Berkeley, California. I was attending the Sunday Feast Programs. I can remember Gadadhara, Tk, and Hamsadutta. Puranjana was giving lectures at this time. In late 1985 Sulochana visited the temple in December. I did not see him.
Later the Delaware State Police in 1986 swept in from Delaware with the instruction of LAPD. Then Captain Marvel entrapped Hamsaduta. He was arrested for brandishing a gun out the window of a car through Berkeley.
What is horrific about these sweeps is that they are usually conducted with targeted chemical assaults which is the placing of chemicals as sulfur and hydrochloric acid in auto engines and circulation systems in buildings.
Captain Marvel would of have normally been considered a stalwart code enforcement officer. He is a member of the Marvel family of comic books. He, despite his family heritage has not understood the varna of his occupation and stepped forward on these chemical assaults.

As stated earlier the Delaware State Police and the Baltimore PD were used as a staging for the ongoing Chemical Scorched Earth attack which is escalated. The entire breadth of my lifespan and before is of concern but I will deal with events primarily from 1968 to about 1987 in the staging. The Delaware State Police Troop 3 under Captain Marvel are of utmost interest as they have a presence in San Diego and Berkeley, California in the early 1980s.
It is almost 100 percent that question of steroid and drug use are going to be exposed in Kent County. On the steroid issue it is easy as I have never done illegal steroids. The police have and will attempt to scapegoat persons to use as fronts for athletes, persons, and policemen who have used.
I have had used drugs in Delaware and this is part of the court record that in Delaware Federal Court against the Delaware State Police to no avail. I do not use drugs and or alcohol and will confront United States Attorney General Holder and State attorney General Biden to exhaustion on these issues.
The video of Eric Holder below requests courage and discussion so I will provide data that could save lives and finances. Captain Marvel under the guise of investigations has travelled out of state where he has no jurisdiction. At time Marvel has worn masks that are life-like of family members such as my grandfather, and great uncle. Just as in the Greek Myths Zeus had to slay his father Kronus, a culture of youth should respond to defeat the mistakes of their parents. This is focalized by the presidency of Barack Obama. I do not have faith in Obama being successful. I am a one day older than the Barack. In consideration of your career as attorney general and governor of Arizona in context to your nomination as homeland security, it is necessary to point out that there is huge Chemical Assault ongoing in the United States.

As the end of your 8 year term as president nears I believe it is necessary for both historians and Homeland Security to confront was has transpired during your capacity as president.
From the day of your inauguration in January of 2000th the United States was in it’s 13th year of a chemical assault scorched earth attack. This event appears to be authored by the United Kingdom. It is a Gay Militancy. The chemical assault is imposed over one’s person from genealogy, a crime of blood. It is also superimposed over certain crimes a drugs and steroid use to name a few. LAPD is running the attack.

This year I will close ground with a stronger view to the staging and continued support of scorched earth. This is the most devastating component of this event. There is a frivolous attempt here in California to ramble perpetually about the 1970s era. This is not a remedy for the ongoing destruction. I will engage officials here in California at both the state and federal level as well as Delaware.
What is also apparent from this trajectory of events is the state of Delaware has entered an era of high crime and STDs as Aids and Hepatitis C.
I do not see how this will directly affect the outcome although there is reasonable concern for one's safety.
The Bush era is coming to a close and he is the worst president in history for the United States and Delaware. There is a strong concrete reality to support Barack Obama of being even worse.
