The Individual Versus the State
Blythe CA - Ehrenberg AZ
Dateline 1-6-2012
Here the classic political problem of the individual versus the
government reemerges. Mitt Romney has just won the Iowa Caucus. I will predict
that he will defeat Obama in November 2012.
In contrast the rhetoric of both Obama and Romney is hypocritical.
These actors are protecting a system of despotism that has attacked the human
race through the United States.
This is Irrationalist and a pre formation of New Fascism (post WWII).
Defection, blackmail and extortion are it's processes. Quid pro Quos reward the
masses both high and low.
A Singularity of censorship has been achieved while commercial
scientists try to brand Technological Singularity.
From Plato to Marx we can discern the question of Whether Natural
Slavery exists and What is Justice?
Prima facie we can easily discern that
men are equal by nature. By false ego and despotism injustice arises where
subordination escalates into class distinctions. A natural slave is born a slave
and kept as one. Some slaves are Prisoners of War and may regain their rights.
In the city state of Sparta it was licit for the army to practice
military skills on slaves. This exact term practice is being used for
stalking and deindividuation.
From Reagan to Obama we can discern the escalation of extremist -
Irrationalist positions as the alienation from the Bill of Rights and Chemical
Assault - Scorched Earth.
The United States is an informant nation. Hence the population is more
concerned with deals with the de facto police. Here the
process is embedded in a capitalist position to invert it as well as democracy.
In this experiment which is Singularity based, I choose to fight on
into the future indefinitely.
I believe that the First Ladies are highly suspect. Michelle Obama will
be a person of interest as to why a licensed lawyer did not step forward to
uphold the rule of law.

Historical and Legal Credibility
Blythe CA - Ehrenberg AZ
Dateline 11-18-2011
The current equilibrium in the United States is poor. Barack Obama is following a script that will lead to his historical if not legal prosecution. This is true also for the Republican candidates as Mitt Romney, Herman Cain, Rick Perry, Newt Gingrich, Michele Buchannan, Ron Paul, and Rick Santorum. I see no need of further addressing the candidate until the Republican successor is nominated.
The president has been blackmailed and extorted to permit a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth in the United States and the rest of humanity writ large. This is the work of same sex persons. (Proposition 8 proponents were granted standing in their suit yesterday).
None of the persons supra have the volition or moral character to come to the aid of the 310 million persons in this country or the 7 billion world wide. It will be hard to establish, or rather it will be easy to expose academic and legal fraud concerning the sanitization and under the color of right behavior of academics and sworn officials.
A recurring attempt at intimidation is the use of transgenderism t o promote my identity which is false. I have supported Proposition 8 or it's equivalent all my life and continue to do so here in California and Arizona.
This type of issue reflects the recruitment of informants and scapegoats that will occupy our future court dockets and textbooks. I am seriously thinking of being a lawyer as my grades are bearing me out. In the USAToday it was stated that Engineering students study 17 hours. If they attend 15 in class this 32 hours. I have been easily going over 40 hours sometimes 60 when papers are due.

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama is moving to strengthen the United States' ability to prevent mass atrocities abroad, and tightening immigration rules to ensure that human rights violators don't enter the country.
The president on Thursday announced the creation of an Atrocities Prevention Board that will develop strategies to ensure that the U.S. doesn't respond to mass atrocities and genocide too late, when chances of preventing the carnage have been missed.
Obama said that 66 years after the Holocaust and 17 years after the genocide in Rwanda, "the United States still lacks a comprehensive policy framework" for responding to mass atrocities.
Obama also issued a proclamation designed to close gaps in immigration law by expanding the grounds for denying human rights violators entry to the United States.

Friend --
Every day, I see Barack make choices he knows will affect every American family.
That's no small task for anyone -- and more proof that he's earning every last
one of those gray hairs.
This has been a busy week in Washington, but today happens to be Barack's 50th
birthday. I'm writing to you because this year, the girls and I would like to do
something a little different.
I'm asking friends and supporters of this campaign to wish him a happy birthday
by signing his card, and sharing why you're on this journey with us.
Your names and notes will become part of a book that tells the story of this
campaign -- who's building it, why we're in this thing, and what he means to us.
We'll deliver a copy to Barack and send one to our campaign offices across the
country.
Sign the card for Barack.
I've known Barack for more than 20 of his 50 years, and we've been through quite
a lot together.
It still amazes me that no matter how many decisions and distractions he's faced
with every day, he's always able to focus on the bigger picture. One way he does
that is by making time for stories and letters from people like you -- because
he knows that this job isn't about him, but about the millions of folks around
the country he's fighting for.
This next year will challenge us all to work harder than ever before, but the
crucial thing is that you're here now, early on, helping to build this campaign.
I know that, like Barack and me, you have your own reasons why, so I hope you'll
take a moment to sign the card and share your story with him and other
supporters of this campaign.

Thanks for being a part of this,

What is gone is gone. Whoever is still standing is still standing... so the preaching goes. Barack Obama and others are on the campaign trail. For those parents, wives and husbands I have to state that you are accountable for yourselves and your offspring until they become of legal age.
It is quite clear that Obama and the presidential campaigners and their predecessors represent an interest outside of legal or merit based promotion. It is clear that I cannot live forever or Obama. However it is possible for Obama to live long enough to face prosecution for the abuse that has occurred. Inyo County represents one of the last areas that would have been conserved in reasonable condition for future generations.
The Wallow Fire now Arizona's second largest at nearly 500,000 has despoiled the Greenbelt along what was old Arizona 666. I have lived in Glenwood Springs and Reserve New Mexico.
This area has taken a direct hit;
http://kronin.blogspot.com originally was conceived to attempt to record events from New Mexico. History has caught up with the region. It will take 50 to 100 years for the forest to regrow.
I have re-entered Columbia College taking Criminal Law and Multicultural Management.

The White House
Office of the Press Secretary
For Immediate Release May 02, 2011
Remarks by the President on Osama Bin Laden
East Room
11:35 P.M. EDT
THE PRESIDENT: Good evening. Tonight, I can report to the American people and to the world that the United States has conducted an operation that killed Osama bin Laden, the leader of al Qaeda, and a terrorist who’s responsible for the murder of thousands of innocent men, women, and children.
It was nearly 10 years ago that a bright September day was darkened by the worst attack on the American people in our history. The images of 9/11 are seared into our national memory -- hijacked planes cutting through a cloudless September sky; the Twin Towers collapsing to the ground; black smoke billowing up from the Pentagon; the wreckage of Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, where the actions of heroic citizens saved even more heartbreak and destruction.
And yet we know that the worst images are those that were unseen to the world. The empty seat at the dinner table. Children who were forced to grow up without their mother or their father. Parents who would never know the feeling of their child’s embrace. Nearly 3,000 citizens taken from us, leaving a gaping hole in our hearts.
On September 11, 2001, in our time of grief, the American people came together. We offered our neighbors a hand, and we offered the wounded our blood. We reaffirmed our ties to each other, and our love of community and country. On that day, no matter where we came from, what God we prayed to, or what race or ethnicity we were, we were united as one American family.
We were also united in our resolve to protect our nation and to bring those who committed this vicious attack to justice. We quickly learned that the 9/11 attacks were carried out by al Qaeda -- an organization headed by Osama bin Laden, which had openly declared war on the United States and was committed to killing innocents in our country and around the globe. And so we went to war against al Qaeda to protect our citizens, our friends, and our allies.
Over the last 10 years, thanks to the tireless and heroic work of our military and our counterterrorism professionals, we’ve made great strides in that effort. We’ve disrupted terrorist attacks and strengthened our homeland defense. In Afghanistan, we removed the Taliban government, which had given bin Laden and al Qaeda safe haven and support. And around the globe, we worked with our friends and allies to capture or kill scores of al Qaeda terrorists, including several who were a part of the 9/11 plot.
Yet Osama bin Laden avoided capture and escaped across the Afghan border into Pakistan. Meanwhile, al Qaeda continued to operate from along that border and operate through its affiliates across the world.
And so shortly after taking office, I directed Leon Panetta, the director of the CIA, to make the killing or capture of bin Laden the top priority of our war against al Qaeda, even as we continued our broader efforts to disrupt, dismantle, and defeat his network.
Then, last August, after years of painstaking work by our intelligence community, I was briefed on a possible lead to bin Laden. It was far from certain, and it took many months to run this thread to ground. I met repeatedly with my national security team as we developed more information about the possibility that we had located bin Laden hiding within a compound deep inside of Pakistan. And finally, last week, I determined that we had enough intelligence to take action, and authorized an operation to get Osama bin Laden and bring him to justice.
Today, at my direction, the United States launched a targeted operation against that compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. A small team of Americans carried out the operation with extraordinary courage and capability. No Americans were harmed. They took care to avoid civilian casualties. After a firefight, they killed Osama bin Laden and took custody of his body.
For over two decades, bin Laden has been al Qaeda’s leader and symbol, and has continued to plot attacks against our country and our friends and allies. The death of bin Laden marks the most significant achievement to date in our nation’s effort to defeat al Qaeda.
Yet his death does not mark the end of our effort. There’s no doubt that al Qaeda will continue to pursue attacks against us. We must –- and we will -- remain vigilant at home and abroad.
As we do, we must also reaffirm that the United States is not –- and never will be -– at war with Islam. I’ve made clear, just as President Bush did shortly after 9/11, that our war is not against Islam. Bin Laden was not a Muslim leader; he was a mass murderer of Muslims. Indeed, al Qaeda has slaughtered scores of Muslims in many countries, including our own. So his demise should be welcomed by all who believe in peace and human dignity.
Over the years, I’ve repeatedly made clear that we would take action within Pakistan if we knew where bin Laden was. That is what we’ve done. But it’s important to note that our counterterrorism cooperation with Pakistan helped lead us to bin Laden and the compound where he was hiding. Indeed, bin Laden had declared war against Pakistan as well, and ordered attacks against the Pakistani people.
Tonight, I called President Zardari, and my team has also spoken with their Pakistani counterparts. They agree that this is a good and historic day for both of our nations. And going forward, it is essential that Pakistan continue to join us in the fight against al Qaeda and its affiliates.
The American people did not choose this fight. It came to our shores, and started with the senseless slaughter of our citizens. After nearly 10 years of service, struggle, and sacrifice, we know well the costs of war. These efforts weigh on me every time I, as Commander-in-Chief, have to sign a letter to a family that has lost a loved one, or look into the eyes of a service member who’s been gravely wounded.
So Americans understand the costs of war. Yet as a country, we will never tolerate our security being threatened, nor stand idly by when our people have been killed. We will be relentless in defense of our citizens and our friends and allies. We will be true to the values that make us who we are. And on nights like this one, we can say to those families who have lost loved ones to al Qaeda’s terror: Justice has been done.
Tonight, we give thanks to the countless intelligence and counterterrorism professionals who’ve worked tirelessly to achieve this outcome. The American people do not see their work, nor know their names. But tonight, they feel the satisfaction of their work and the result of their pursuit of justice.
We give thanks for the men who carried out this operation, for they exemplify the professionalism, patriotism, and unparalleled courage of those who serve our country. And they are part of a generation that has borne the heaviest share of the burden since that September day.
Finally, let me say to the families who lost loved ones on 9/11 that we have never forgotten your loss, nor wavered in our commitment to see that we do whatever it takes to prevent another attack on our shores.
And tonight, let us think back to the sense of unity that prevailed on 9/11. I know that it has, at times, frayed. Yet today’s achievement is a testament to the greatness of our country and the determination of the American people.
The cause of securing our country is not complete. But tonight, we are once again reminded that America can do whatever we set our mind to. That is the story of our history, whether it’s the pursuit of prosperity for our people, or the struggle for equality for all our citizens; our commitment to stand up for our values abroad, and our sacrifices to make the world a safer place.
Let us remember that we can do these things not just because of wealth or power, but because of who we are: one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Thank you. May God bless you. And may God bless the United States of America.

David -- Today, we are filing papers to launch our 2012 campaign. We're doing this now because the politics we believe in does not start with expensive TV ads or extravaganzas, but with you -- with people organizing block-by-block, talking to neighbors, co-workers, and friends. And that kind of campaign takes time to build. So even though I'm focused on the job you elected me to do, and the race may not reach full speed for a year or more, the work of laying the foundation for our campaign must start today. We've always known that lasting change wouldn't come quickly or easily. It never does. But as my administration and folks across the country fight to protect the progress we've made -- and make more -- we also need to begin mobilizing for 2012, long before the time comes for me to begin campaigning in earnest. As we take this step, I'd like to share a video that features some folks like you who are helping to lead the way on this journey. Please take a moment to watch: In the coming days, supporters like you will begin forging a new organization that we'll build together in cities and towns across the country. And I'll need you to help shape our plan as we create a campaign that's farther reaching, more focused, and more innovative than anything we've built before. We'll start by doing something unprecedented: coordinating millions of one-on-one conversations between supporters across every single state, reconnecting old friends, inspiring new ones to join the cause, and readying ourselves for next year's fight. This will be my final campaign, at least as a candidate. But the cause of making a lasting difference for our families, our communities, and our country has never been about one person. And it will succeed only if we work together. There will be much more to come as the race unfolds. Today, simply let us know you're in to help us begin, and then spread the word: http://my.barackobama.com/2012 Thank you, |

Technological Singularity, or the hypothetical day when machines achieve intellectual parity with humans, will create a convergence of quality centered around Information Technology. How universal or localized this will be remains unseen.
As posited by Futurists, Super Intelligence will occur with machines there after being superior to humans will begin to transform human culture.
If The Singularity is going to be non-oppressive, it must recognize the culture from where it has emerged. This means prosecuting the Irrationalist Presidents. Singularity will be a new theme here as well as the environment.
The Salton Sea will be a showcase in history for state planning. It appears it's re-creation was not an accident.

February 6, 2011 will be the 100th Birthday of Ronald Reagan. The world especially the United States still celebrates a mythology allegedly designed by professors from Cambridge Law School. These individuals have designed a Gay Militia embedded in a movement called Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. This activity was particularly targeted against Reagan.
What has occurred is that the United Kingdom and the United States have been used as a catalyst in a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth against the human race, civilization, and environment. This is imposed over my natural person, United States Citizenship, the Convention Against Torture CAT, and Geneva Conventions.
This attack occurred on June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware and was lead by Male Same Sex Male officers of Los Angeles Police Department.
This attack persists in continuo from 100th Congress to the 112th Congress. Ronald Reagan is the first of what Cambridge Law School wished to identify as Irrationalist Presidents. Barack Obama continues this Perfect Dictatorship. This is the defeat of his posterity by MSM persons.
The Salton Sea is a Scorched Earth site. The water, air, and tangible property are all ruined.
Mutual Aid violations between law enforcement, 24/7 hour electronic surveillance, gang stalking, and an escalation of Targeted Chemical Assaults TCAs are the legacy of Ronald Reagan.
The externality is a positive externality for the Socialist and Communist. It is unique that MSM men of the LGBTi paradigm attacked as hard. The same advocates themselves are guilty of being so-called strawmen actors of Teflon persona.
A unique philosophical perspective is that the Hedonistic Calculus and Consequentialism of John Stuart Mills and liberalism has suffered a major defeat. This is to the deontology of Immanuel Kant. Barack Obama is escalating this loss as he attempts to guide the exit of Hosni Mubarak from Egypt as the Jasmine Revolution there approaches two weeks with Mubarak signaling he will hold out.
The Reagan Revolution has not tallied the damage done to persons, environment, and Constitution due to his last year and a half in office.
Ronald Reagan began a defeat for the United States Presidency itself. The comparative model is Joseph Stalin of the USSR.
The HIV/AIDS positive population now estimated at 600,000 living are the focus of my present advocacy because the victims step forward not the advocates. Here Ronald Reagan’s main historical detractors emerge as worse performers as they box in Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth on these victims.
I believe my struggle against an informant culture extending from Ronald Reagan through Obama and the average person will redefine the historical perspective of Ronald Reagan.

Winning the Future
“The future is not a gift. It is an achievement.”

On Tuesday, January 25, 2011 President Barack Obama gave his second State of the Union Speech. Unemployment nationwide is 9.4 percent. The long term debt is $14 trillion USD. The United States is borrowing 40 cents for every dollar received. The deficit for this year is projected at $1.5 trillion dollars. The United States is in wars in Iran and increasingly facing threats in Afghanistan.
President Obama has yet to recognize a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth program that began on the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware home state of Vice President Joe Biden.
Currently the Salton Sea in California is a Scorched Earth. The air and tangible property are also being despoiled from the placing of chemicals I auto engines.
A Gay Militia from Los Angeles Police Department is operating a blackmail and extortion ring that has entrapped Barack Obama. Their strategic interest is Gay Marriage. The attack is based over my natural person and citizenship. I am a lifelong heterosexual. There are am estimated 600,000 HIV/AIDS positive persons that are the next objectively identifiable victims 40 percent or 240,000 are Male Same Sex Male MSM persons. About 55,000 persons test positive for HIV/AIDS. There are an estimated 1.3 million total cases in the United States.
Obama has stressed leadership -- innovation, education and infrastructure to Win The Future, his theme for the State of the Union 2011.
