The chemical assault - scorched earth has a 17 year real history in the county. This began in earnest after the election of Bill Clinton in 1992. The event was designed through prisoner's dilemma so that I would most likely end up residing here in part. The other area would be Glenwood Springs NM. This area is more rural than Bishop. It is a one store type of town similar to the area between Benton and Tonopah NV.

The usurpation begins with a cell of officers from LAPD. They are the department that have sprayed the air, water, and sprayed all food and products in the store. The location where this attack on the United States began was Delaware on June 17, 2007. The Delaware State Police are involved. They are heard over electronic surveillance. They are scapegoats. The Baltimore Studio or The Studio is employed by Baltimore PD of Maryland.

I have a respectable trajectory of legal work which is legally binding of which a great amount was created in the jurisdiction of Inyo.

I hold all all of the above as criminal.

LAPD and The Baltimore Studio or The Studio are LGBTi. I am a lifelong heterosexual and this orientation clearly violates my beliefs.

I am playing this event to win here in Inyo County under the fullest intent of the law.

I have never done illegal drugs or drank alcohol in Inyo County. As clearly seen I do not support marijuana or THC products.

I do not know of anyone in Inyo, or in the entire world for that matter that has stepped forward to oppose the tyranny and machinery of torture.

I am clearly stating that I believe that LAPD can easily recruit 80 percent of the population in one degree or another.

I am beginning in September of 2007 to clearly and unambiguously support only the excusive heterosexual marriage of one man and one woman.

Civil Unions - This in California permits conjugal same sex visits to prisoners. I am not convinced of heterosexual conjugal visits.
Gay monogamy
Gay adoption

This situation here has been one of under the colour of authority with open harassment of my self and hooliganism. The destruction of the land and health of persons is a historical legacy of cowardliness.

The western myth of heroism and of standing tall has been lost, perhaps never was in Inyo or anywhere for that matter.

LAPD has attempted a gay baiting tactic which has slandered and harassed many here. This will be defeated with clarity in Inyo. Anyone who wishes to state otherwise should legally identify themselves and present their facts for cross examination.

The Gay Militia

A cell of LAPD California has been running a de facto entrapment openly since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. They pertain ideologically to the school of Irrationalism. The are Pre-Fascists. They cognitive abilities and their culture lack the ability and skills to build a state or lead a nation.

I have been a heterosexual my entire life. TOTALITARIANISM WILL SEEK TO ISOLATE.

They are openly recruiting members of the LGBT to harass persons. The racketeering of drug deals and other crimes are source of economics.

This is obtained by Prisoner's Dilemma. There is no rule of law or rights. I can indirectly confront these antisocial persons by advocating the conversion of Part II violent misdemeanors to Part I felonies.

This would be 3:1 first, 2:1, second, and 2:1 or 1:1 on the third infraction. This would make this individual eligible for Three

Strike laws at the federal and/or state level.

I am opposed to all members of the cell. These are other groups are also involved:

• Delaware State Police
• Baltimore City Police MD
• The Baltimore Studio or The Studio

LAPD or The Flies (aka Lord of the Flies) will use false set theory and informal fallacies under relative morality to entrap persons.

This is a symptom of antisocial disorder, the killing off of conscience. Pathological lying is another prominent trait. Another feature is being an INFORMANT.

As I attempt to move about the electronic surveillance increases as per the recruitment of informants.

I do not wish to be frivolous, the people they recruit reflect the Jerry Springer Show.

Here we have both male and female prostitution and exploitation. The homeless population are totally being abused at this level by the police.

In the future I will be more assertive in y support of protecting marriage between One man and One woman.

This is Heterosexual Marriage.

There is also an attack on Gaudiya Vaishnavism which was inaugurated by Caitanya in India in the 1500s. They are attempting to isolate Gaudiya Vaishnavism. They are facilitating this by also attacking the liberal wing which does some Third Gender Identity. The rules of Sadhana must be followed.

I pertain to the CONSERVATIVE RITVIK ALIGNMENT.

His contribution to eternal faith in part is Manjari Bhava. The Gay Militia is equating this with mundane homosexuality. All Bhaktas or devotees advance in three phases:

• Sadhana - practice under rules
• Bhava - more spontaneous faith that is confidential knowledge
• Prema - pure unconditional love of Godhead

There rules of Sadhana are:

• No meat eating
• No Illicit sex
• No gambling
• No intoxication, drug, alcohol, or ganja

There are two concepts of persons in pro-creation in varna - asrama 1. Garbhadana Samskara 2. Varna Samskara.

The first is wanted population. The second is unwanted population.

In this connection I do no support Gay Marriage - Civil Unions or adoptions.

The lowest class of persons are naradhamas. They are always inimical to religious persons and activities.

Samskaras are purification rituals. Garbhadana Samskara are the religious rules for procreation of a religious person.

LAPD has used me as foil essentially to attack the United States at the present level. This would involve treason. They are using what is a Pontius Pilate Paradigm to hit command level officials. They are no more than sergeants in degree.

Here the air and water are poisoned. I cannot enter a building without the police spraying the building. All the running water and lakes have been contaminated by the police.

I do not support any Gay Militia. This structure is a RICO Structure. Under this Pontius Pilate Paradigm there is organization only for social and structural WRECKING.

This is a PURGE OF INFORMANTS.

There is no plan in place for any sustainable culture. The LGBTi are the closest culture to the GAY MILITIA. They will suffer first. This is where the "If I go down, I drag everybody down mentally emerges." This philosophy was adapted from Tom Metzger leader of Skinhead Nazis in San Diego.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Unified Crime Reports support the fact that LGBTi culture will suffer in a PURGE OF INFORMANTS.

There is no plan in place for any sustainable culture.

Therefore it is Irrational and Pre-Fascist.

Prisoner's Dilemma

Many points in this article may be difficult to understand without a background in the elementary concepts of game theory.

Will two prisoners cooperate to minimize total loss of liberty or will one of them, trusting the other to cooperate, betray him so as to go free?

In game theory, the prisoner's dilemma is a type of non-zero-sum game in which two players can "cooperate" with or "defect" (i.e. betray) the other player. In this game, as in all game theory, the only concern of each individual player ("prisoner") is maximizing his/her own payoff, without any concern for the other player's payoff. In the classic form of this game, cooperating is strictly dominated by defecting, so that the only possible equilibrium for the game is for all players to defect. In simpler terms, no matter what the other player does, one player will always gain a greater payoff by playing defect. Since in any situation playing defect is more beneficial than cooperating, all rational players will play defect.

The unique equilibrium for this game is a Pareto-suboptimal solution—that is, rational choice leads the two players to both play defect even though each player's individual reward would be greater if they both played cooperate. In equilibrium, each prisoner chooses to defect even though both would be better off by cooperating, hence the dilemma.

In the iterated prisoner's dilemma the game is played repeatedly. Thus each player has an opportunity to "punish" the other player for previous non-cooperative play. Cooperation may then arise as an equilibrium outcome. The incentive to defect is overcome by the threat of punishment, leading to the possibility of a cooperative outcome. If the game result is infinitely repeated, cooperation may be a Nash equilibrium although both players defecting always remains an equilibrium.

The classical prisoner's dilemma

The Prisoner's dilemma was originally framed by Merrill Flood and Melvin Dresher working at RAND in 1950. Albert W. Tucker formalized the game with prison sentence payoffs and gave it the "Prisoner's Dilemma" name (Poundstone, 1992).

The classical prisoner's dilemma (PD) is as follows:

Two suspects, A and B, are arrested by the police. The police have insufficient evidence for a conviction, and, having separated both prisoners, visit each of them to offer the same deal: if one testifies for the prosecution against the other and the other remains silent, the betrayer goes free and the silent accomplice receives the full 10-year sentence. If both stay silent, both prisoners are sentenced to only six months in jail for a minor charge. If each betrays the other, each receives a two-year sentence. Each prisoner must make the choice of whether to betray the other or to remain silent. However, neither prisoner knows for sure what choice the other prisoner will make. So this dilemma poses the question: How should the prisoners act?

The dilemma can be summarized thus:

　The dilemma arises when one assumes that both prisoners only care about minimizing their own jail terms. Each prisoner has two options: to cooperate with his accomplice and stay quiet, or to defect from their implied pact and betray his accomplice in return for a lighter sentence. The outcome of each choice depends on the choice of the accomplice, but each prisoner must choose without knowing what his accomplice has chosen to do.

Let's assume the protagonist prisoner is working out his best move. If his partner stays quiet, his best move is to betray as he then walks free instead of receiving the minor sentence. If his partner betrays, his best move is still to betray, as by doing it he receives a relatively lesser sentence than staying silent. At the same time, the other prisoner's thinking would also have arrived at the same conclusion and would therefore also betray.

If reasoned from the perspective of the optimal outcome for the group (of two prisoners), the correct choice would be for both prisoners to cooperate with each other (both staying silent), as this would reduce the total jail time served by the group to one year total. Any other decision would be worse for the two prisoners considered together. When the prisoners both betray each other, each prisoner achieves a worse outcome than if they had cooperated.

This demonstrates very elegantly that in a non-zero sum game a Pareto optimum and the Nash Equilibrium can be opposite. In other words, that a non-zero sum game may not have a solution that is both optimal and stable; a Pareto optimum can be unstable and the Nash equilibrium can be sub-optimal.

Alternately, the "Stay Silent" and "Betray" strategies may be known as "don't confess" and "confess", or the more standard "cooperate" and "defect", respectively.
