Cuesta College of San Luis Obispo County, California is one of the most prominent features in the history of the entrapment of myself against a backdrop of abstract human rights and positive rights of the United States Constitution. This school is only a junior college but is six miles down the road from the California State College at San Luis Obispo which is one of the finest schools in the region and country. When I was in attendance in the spring and fall terms of 2002 the county was the sixth most expensive location to find housing in the United States. The median income of the county is about $60,000 per household. This would make such the upper bound for areas that have had a three month exposure to this event.
Cuesta College is being identified as it was the target for a civil suit. All my suits should be read as criminal. The reason the issues are not brought before standard code enforcement as the California Highway Patrol or the San Luis Obispo Sheriff is that the culture of impunity prevents any action from be undertaken.
        This is facilitated by LAPD.
        I have already written in a copyrighted work Myth of the Contemporary Man, that this event would attempt to shelter this county. As far as human rights violations it is one of the worst locations and so is Cuesta College. (This was code-named sick red and is occurring in continuo early 2007. This appears to be a concoction of portable toilet mixture and caustic soda or acid. It will make you feel as if you have bugs crawling all over you. Flushing with water is best. There is a kangaroo court connection Commodus who was the sun of Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius. It is argued that Aurelius was Rome's greatest emperor and that the day Commodus became ruler Rome fell. Colorado River CA - AZ)
        The abuses at the school are Civil Rights violations and Racketeered Influenced Behaviors as intimidating a witness, hostaging, and obstructing justice. The problem was widespread throughout the entire school which has an enrollment of 10,000. The staff and students at this institution are going to be a showcase for human rights and academic legitimacy.
        Currently the image of the location as elite and as well as profiles of some of the students there are being offered as distractions and third party hostages to obstruct justice and civil rights.
        I began my studies here in Spring of 2002. My course of study was:
International Marketing, Principles of Economics, and Beginning Keyboard and Document Processing. In the Fall of 2002 I perused Counter Point, and Beginning Conversational Spanish.
        There was harassment in all classes and throughout the school property. One of the main problems here is the marijuana culture. The best class was the Beginning Conversational Spanish Class. What is interesting to note is that there were students mainly here from a high school charter school obtaining advance placement.
         I obtained a GPA of 3.62 for 16.00 credits. I also in the ensuing years attended Columbia College of Missouri, which is a four year school here on Campus and by distance from the computer in this area.
        In spite of the prestige of this area, the school and the San Luis Obispo County have a inferior record on human rights. The towns of Cambria, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, and San Luis Obispo are the worst in both criminal and civil liabilities.
        What is unique here and in all places is the substitution of individual rights based on abstract citizenship or more particularly one’s rights as specified in the Bill of Rights with subjective profiles that are criminal and subjective in nature and given folkish names as Bill, Day, and so forth.
In the economics class I sat behind whom is probably one the most beautiful girls I have ever seen. She along with three other girls were bisexual or lesbian. In this instance LAPD will attack and humiliate these persons but when I travel attempt to hostage the community with these profiles especially of this girl.
        In court the concept of artificial Jane or John Doe is a legal fact. If such is a natural person and not a concept usually this person must come to be identified.
        There is an attempt to implement gay rights or the LGBT agenda while attacking such. This operation is really social wrecking. LAPD identifies themselves as a Gay Militia.
        I certainly will not support the use of this illegal police power and attack on my gender orientation which is heterosexual.

        To continue I will reprint a selection from the journal of powereality. This event reflects the inappropriate use of students and a young prostitute in San Luis Obispo County. This event occurred about December 20, 2004 when I was finishing my last session of college.

        At the last motel room I was at in SLO County two young prostitutes rented the next room. One was quite attractive the other of average looks. I did not see the more attractive one at first but could hear her talking through the walls. She was someone I was not really interested in meeting. I was in the last week of sessions. Needless to say she was offended and a walking riot. Girl Interrupted personified. I did not wish to call the police on her and this was a mistake. She simply escalated her antisocial behavior on cue.
        Regardless here in Inyo Co she has been offered as my choice of spouse and superior than persons I have known in the past. She is clearly one of the worst females I have had the misfortune of meeting.           This isolation tactic is used to support gay pride here for the local community. If I hear anything of this when I walk into a store or public place I will now flat out state that she was a prostitute.
        We are dealing with hostage taking and a shield concept here. This is California versus Delaware and gay and bisexual versus heterosexual. I will easily standup against LAPD and their cronies. Here other mates are two strike felons from Delaware whom I do know. They are mostly losers to drug prosecutions. I would wish to elaborate more on this issue but it reflects on the psychopathy at play here and the fatalism and dependency of the culture.
        I am going to personally confront Arnold Schwarzenegger over his management of the scorched earth situation and this event

        In an absurd miscalculation this motel prostitute is being advertised as a bride to be. There is no doubt that LAPD is creating liaisons between private persons. There are famous or infamous genealogies related to nativistic theories or criminality in which one of the parents was a prostitute.

        Herein a very unique tactic is exposed. This is the use of a red herring to create a strawman argument. In simplicity a red herring is the use of premises that will support the opposite conclusion. I also use this in context here with ad hominem. A strawman is an argument that simply falls apart due to a lack of substantive factual basis in validity inference.

        Here there are two most likely semi-professional prostitutes in a room next me sent in by LAPD. One is attractive and thin the other is somewhat heavy set for her size. If I reject the pretty one this means I must be fat and overweight and gay. It also means that I must like the other least attractive prostitute.

The damage to the LGBT agenda will be serious. The reputation of law enforcement and San Luis Obispo will ridiculed certainly. 

        The spitting of The Baltimore Studio into The Studio also reflects this fallacy of process.

        It is also unfortunate that LAPD is using students from Cal Poly and Cuesta as shields. My rights should be argued from the Bill of Rights or the UDCHR as the case may be. Attacking me by using LGBT students as abstracts and/or real natural persons only abuse my self or such persons with the police being incognito and condoned.

        A more important feature that facilitates the defeat of the ad hominem of attempting to state that I am promoting the LGBT agenda. Manjari Bhava is an advanced spiritual emotion in Gaudiya Vaishnavism. It does not support LGBT or homosexuality. Hrdayananda Maharaj (Harry Resnik) is a PhD diksa guru who is based out of New Raman Reti, Alachua, Florida. This is within ISKCON.

        I am ritvik follower of his guru, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. He has been deceased since November of 1977. Herein lies the difference. Diksa gurus at the current time in ISKCON are living. Ritviks hold that at this time in Kali Yuga it is acceptable to accept Prabhupada through his Authorized Original Books, Lectures, and directives as guru.

        LAPD's use of torture and chemical assault here and elsewhere does nothing to promote the LGBT agenda. I have identified this activity as Gay Irrationalism and Gay Know-Nothing. The latter is an extension of nativism Know Nothing of the 1800s which was anti-immigrant. Here drug dealers, criminals, prostitutes of both sexes, and criminals which are LGBT oriented are use to spread crime. This is embedded within the Democratic Party and modern Liberalism to yield less punitive legislation.

What is unfortunate is that LAPD believes that it can substitute defection based on their twisted version of the LGBT agenda for abstract civil and human rights. In the United States this is the Bill of Rights, primarily 1-9, the tenth returning rights to the state. By abusing force and creating impunity LAPD believes that they can create the illusion that I am gay or bisexual and/or that a LGBT individual will create some special restoration of my personal predicament.

        My most recent stay and hopefully my last I the area began in October of 2007 and ended in the middle of April 2008. This covered the most intense chemical assault and the proclamation by myself of the end of the gay baiting by LAPD. The Gay Militancy still continues to attempt such but records are totally polarized. They are using an emic folk based hearsay approach that makes LGBT persons appear irrational, illiterate, and debauched.

        THIS IS NOT TO BE UNDERSTATED.

        One of LAPD’s last attempts at attacking me involves using a the figure of a older (60 years) homeless person that would ride the bus from San Luis Obispo to San Simeon. I would encounter him on occasion and sometimes we would talk. There was never any mention of LGBT concerns. LAPD is attempting to equate him with a female friend I had when I was in Dover High School. This would be around 1978 -1979. We were in the tenth grade. This person was not my girlfriend. I do not consider men as girls or that they could be girlfriends. In this instance I would quite distance from LGBT concerns who view issues in this manner.

        Herein one of the greatest instances of Gay Militancy tactics is proved. These persons believe that framing a heterosexual as LGBT person is one of the greatest punishments that they can inflict. My overwork has slowed although such is becoming more spiritual and conservative.

        Overall I do not drugs, alcohol, gamble or engage in illicit sex. I am not enamored nor do I follow rock and roll groups or watch movies.

        If one wishes to discern what has had the greatest effect on my life and formation it is the Original Books by His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. The Original Bhagavad Gita As It Is would be the best place to start.
